Beautiful holiday flat for families in Peschiera del Garda, district of San Benedetto, within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and the beach, in a very well-maintained complex with large pool including children's swimming area. The flat Fornaci 23 is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace with dining table, deckchairs and sitting area on the inside of the complex and a fenced garden at the back (artificial lawn) of the flat, accessible from the bedroom. The flat offers a double bedroom with double bed, TV, wardrobe and single bed, a children's bedroom with single bed and wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning! There is a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and a living and dining room with TV, sofa, dining table and kitchenette with cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven, cooker, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. The flat has wifi. The pool is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-September. The flat has a private garage with space for 2 cars. SMALL pets are allowed on request, at a cost of 7€/day. The district of San Benedetto is the new centre of Peschiera del Garda, with many supermarkets, pharmacy, playgrounds and ice cream parlours. You can reach the historic centre of Peschiera on foot along the lake in about 25 minutes.
