In a very quiet and reserved area, just a stone's throw from the historic centre of Peschiera and only 10 minutes from the amusement parks, a modern and elegant 100sqm flat equipped with all comforts, The Bridge - Peschiera Holiday is ready to host you for your holiday on Lake Garda!

Directly connected to the Mincio cycle path that starts in Peschiera and runs along the river to the wonderful city of Mantua!
We are two minutes from the Peschiera motorway exit!

The space:

The flat is very large, about 100sqm!
In the living area we find a large living room with extendable dining table for 6 people, a comfortable double sofa bed and a living area with Smart TV 55".
Everything is air-conditioned by a Daikin split dedicated to the living area.

Adjacent to the living area we have a comfortable separate kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and accessories, as well as a convenient storage room that is also separate.

In the sleeping area instead we have a double bedroom, a small bedroom with single beds, a service bathroom with laundry and the main bathroom with a modern walk-in shower!

DOUBLE BEDROOM:
Our double bedroom is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to enjoy a restful and peaceful holiday!
Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows, ideal for waking up rested and relaxed.

For your comfort, we have equipped the room with a comfortable 4-door wardrobe with central mirrors, a chest of drawers and a dresser with mirror.

A central designer chandelier creates a unique atmosphere.

A 43" smart TV for viewing from the bed and convenient power sockets near the bedside tables for recharging your devices are all you will need to enjoy your holiday at Wolf House - Peschiera Holiday -.

The entire sleeping area is air-conditioned by a dedicated Daikin split.

The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined together to make a further double bed if required.
Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it is equipped with a wardrobe with 2 sliding doors and a fantastic 43" Smart TV.
A large window illuminates the room, which directly overlooks the quiet, green football pitch behind the condominium.

Please note that the flat has no terrace or balcony.

LIVING AREA:
The rooms of the living area are characterised by minimal style furniture and colours that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by 3 large windows overlooking the outside that allow a glimpse of the quiet green surrounding area.

A very comfortable 6-seater Italian handcrafted sofa-bed, upholstered in fabric, with an adjustable-angle headboard and a fantastic peninsula, are placed in front of a 55" smart TV equipped with internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.

The entire living area is air-conditioned by a dedicated Daikin split.

Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.

The space is exploited to the full with an essential composition that develops vertically with the wall units arranged to exploit all available space.
