Good Budget Hotel Stay

It was a convenient location, but the surroundings were kind of sketchy with abandoned casino buildings and a homeless shelter next door with some police action going on. Not that it was a problem, just a little disconcerting when you first pull up and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet even with proximity to 101. The free breakfast was good. We were just passing through on a business trip, and it was a perfectly comfortable place to spend a night at a good value price. Would totally recommend if you're looking for budget accommodations in the area.

Surprisingly good bargain

Surprisingly good spot right off the 101 in Petaluma. Free breakfast, clean pool, laundry facility, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and safe neighborhood - no undesirables hanging around parking lot or partying in the room down the hall. All for $100. Can’t do much better in California.
