Malgré une arrivée Chaotique, un lieu magnifique
Arrivés sous les trombes d’eau, remise des clés avec une jeune femme ne parlant pas un mot autre qu’Italien( pas d’état des lieux en arrivant) . Nous avons dû passer au moins 2 heures à nettoyer la cuisine complète ainsi que la vaisselle. Surprise également dans la salle de bain du bas ou on eu une flaque d’eau sur le carrelage pendant 2 à 3 j la rendant inutilisable : on a appris que le plombier devait passer réparer une tuyauterie le jour de notre départ ( demande si possible partir + tôt)

Teilweise renovierungsbedürftig
Nach unserem 5. Besuch reklamieren wir erneut: das Bad, vor allem die Badewanne und die Toiletten, sind in diesem Zustand nicht akzeptabel. Die Elektroinstallation gehört renoviert (Wegbeleuchtung, E-Heizung Schlafzimmer, Lichtschalter Wackelkontakt, Steckdosen allgemein), Matratze im Eltern-Schlafzimmer erneuern (durchgelegen), die Bäume wachsen immer höher und nehmen den Blick auf den See. Dies sind nur Ratschläge für den Vermieter, ansonsten besteht die Gefahr, dass das Häuschen verkommt!

schmutzig und runtergekommen
Das Haus war leider in keinem guten Zustand. Nur grob gereinigt, schmutzige Küche, Fließen und Badspiegel sowie Fenster nicht gereingt, alles sehr lieblos, die Badewanne müsste dringend erneuert werden. In Bad und Flur lagen gebrauchte Gegenstände (alte Putzlappen, Fußabtreter von den vorherigen Gästen). Wir kennen das Haus von vielen Besuchen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Mit der neuen Reinigungskraft war es leider sehr enttäuschend. Nicht zu empfehlen. Schade.

Au calme avec vue sur le lac
La maison se situe sur les hauteurs d’où on a une magnifique vue sur la nature et le lac. Appartement très propre. Le Rez de chaussée est très lumineux et agréable. En revanche la literie n’est pas du tout confortable et il manque un rideau occultant à une fenêtre de la chambre parentale pour éviter un réveil matinal.Dommage, avec une rénovation des chambres (Nouvelle literie et remplacement de la moquette par un sol vinyl et cela pourrait être vraiment bien. Mais c’est plus un 2 étoiles que 3!

superbe endroit
maison charmante vue exceptionnelle, excellent rapport qualité/prix agréable à vivre, au calme nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille seuls défauts: chambres mal séparées (on traverse la première pour aller dans la seconde, pas d'isolation phonique possible); peu de pression pour l'eau chaude de douche

Idyllische Lage mit Weitblick
Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In 15 Minuten Fussmarsch ist man im Dorf und einige Minuten später am See. Vom Wohnraum schöner Blick ins Grüne und auf die Berge.

Lage im Berg
Lage mit herrlichem Blick, wobei die Bäume diese immer mehr versperren werden! Sofern man bergauf bergab und Treppen für die Gesundheit liebt .....wunderbar! Menschen mit Hausstauballergie könnten Probleme bekommen deshalb, insbesondere oberes Schlafzimmer immer gut lüften! Der Teppichboden im oberen Schlafzimmer und der dazugehörigen Treppe ist überholt und sollte endlich mal entsorgt werden, alleine wegen ebendiesem Staub und der Hygiene! Ansonsten ist Preis und Leistung okay.

Mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den See
.. und das Haus bietet noch viel mehr: Die Fenster im geräumigen Wohnzimmer kann man so weit öffnen, dass man das Gefühl einer Terrasse hat. Und eine Terrasse gibt es auch noch! Die Küche ist mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, gut ausgestattet. Dazu Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Gläser, Kochgeschirr. Der Zugang zu den Schlafräumen ist über die Treppe im Türmchen recht originell. Zwei Toiletten, Bad mit Waschmaschine, Fön, Bügeleisen, alles gut. Gerne kommen wir wieder, Organisation top!

ein verwildertes Grundstück und ein etwas liebloses Haus!
Das Haus ist interessant als Turm gestaltet! Leider fehlt es an gemütlichen Möbeln! Auch das Bett hängt vollkommen durch! Das Grundstück ist bestimmt schön, leider aber vollkommen verwildert. Ein Schweizer nachbar ist sehr unfreundlich im Bezug auf "sein" Grundstück!
