I thought it was terrible that you were charged an additional upfront $200 incidental fee that was then going to be eventually refunded of you didn’t have any additional fees. Also there was absolutely no parking anywhere so if you had a car they wanted $57.50 to park you car overnight which I thought was absolutely insane!!

The workers were striking for over a day before I was notified. I was in town for a convention and many of us were unaware what was going on until we got to the property and had to scramble to find another hotel. My main frustration was that we learned later, many of the workers were on strike for enough time for someone to have communicated with guests traveling from out of town so that we could safely make other arrangements. We were yelled at when we arrived at the property and told to turn around leaving us on the street when it was getting dark trying to find another place to stay

I will never stay at this property again. There was a workers strike during our stay and the hotel had no maid service and refused to assist any guests. The strike workers had bullhorns and woke us up at 6 AM each morning. The hotel is located in Center City and convenient location but the staff werent very friendly and not worth the high price they charge, buyer beware.

Not where I would stay again

We stayed for three nights, and they never once cleaned our room. We had to change our own sheets despite asking the cleaning lady if she could clean our room within an hour or two when it was already 1:00 p.m.. while we were there, there were lots of homeless people outside the hotel, and then this morning the workers were on strike which made it a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Breakfast was bland but Ok for hotel breakfast.

Worst stay ever!

Whwn i first got there after booking a room online i was told there were no rooms available but then the woman at the desk who did her best to accomadate us finally found us a room. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned twice and the second time asked they did not clean room. I was overcharged for the stay but then had to be refunded money. They did not sweep and mop the bathroom floor or clean out the tub when they did clean the room the one time. We were there there four days before i had to ask for them to come clean. When they knocked on the door they did not give us time to get to the door before they barged in when they came several days later to restock towels etc. I aksed to use broom or mop to clean room myself but was denied and was not offered for it to be done. I would never stay here again.
