The security person Sean was the most helpful of the entire staff. Alyssa had us waiting to be greeted for at least 10-15 minutes. When told about my sons ASP I was told to present the service dog paperwork otherwise it would be a $75 dollar charge but when I called before I booked was told nothing about it and she said they were pet friendly which is the reason we went with this hotel. I will take ownership of the fact we forgot her vest and papers at home. The rooms had various stains and mystery sticky spots throughout it which I cleaned with wipes because I didn’t want to deal with the front staff. The pillows were flat the blankets all stained and the floors didn’t look vacuumed at all. House keeping walked in a couple times without warning, if they did knock we didn’t hear them but also if check out is 11 why are you bothering me? Also apparently NOTHING was in working order when asked if I could have an itemized copy of the stay the rude lady( didn’t bother asking her name) said “no printers broke” and walked away. Unfriendly house staff but excellent security personnel.

Designated potty spots for animals have no grass and are flower beds. Would not have been such a problem, but their website makes it seem comfortable for pets. Stains on the couch and i paid for an upgraded room with a living room. TV in the living room did not work.
