Room is cozy, bed comfortable but bathroom tub/shower is horrible. The tub is small and tub flooring is not level with dents and dips in the flooring. Very difficult to move around in shower without losing my balance, almost falling down due to the dips, dents in the flooring of the tub. I'm thankful I didn't bust my ass cuz it would've been a bad fall. Besides that the Guest services was not very accomadating. They would not provide me with a late checkout nor grant me an extra 15 to 30 minutes to check out. I checked into the hotel late at 10:30pm so I would think asking for an extra 30min to get myself checked out would be considered but there was no consideration with the staff being very abrubt and dismissive with thier response. In addition, the cleaning staff was very intrusive not giving any consideration to guest privacy attempting to barge in my room twice before the check out time at 11am. Once awakening me in my sleep at 9:30am to hear a quick knock, without any time to respond the door quickly opening and being stopped from fully opening by the secondary lock on the door then a second time at 10:30am knocking again, not giving any time then attempting to enter room again only to be prevented by secondary lock. The cleaning staff should first check with guest services/desk to see if a guest has checked out first before attempting to enter a room. I actually moments later overheard them apologizing to guests in the next room for the same thing. Very Unprofessional

Staff was really great— all of them. The lobby amenities were well-maintained (coffee, breakfast) and my room was good enough for just me for 2 nights. I knocked off a star because the bathroom could have been cleaner, and the heater was full of dust which I’m sure was blowing into the room all night.
