I stayed here during spring break with my kids. The rooms were clean. We ate a full breakfast every day. Housekeeping do not come at all unless you are there for 3 nights. They don't even through out your trash or give you fresh towels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

My room was clean and as expected based on the pictures online. Front desk personnel, although I never spend much time with they, are very pleasant. The gym is spacious and for those of us who just can't miss a day of exercise. It has the equipment that an average person would find beneficial while away from home. It is also well lit and ventilated. Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Redding Market, across the street from the convention center and very close to many restaurants.
