We stay here when we come to Philly to see concerts. Its walkable to all the sports venues. Front desk staff is exceptional!! Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

Ironman Maryland finisher, then prior to Phillies night game was inappropriate $20 fee for 1pm check-in for clean room ready for usage. Another reason why I’m not IHG member! Stay away from room #1201–lack of soundproofing thru adjoining door to right-side unit—heard TV until 11:30pm!

The room was pretty, but the air was humid and the carpet was slightly damp as a result. The chaise had a bit of that damp smell too. I had to keep the air conditioner on to try and improve it. The linens could have been more fresh. But the staff was polite and the hair dryer was powerful, so those parts were good.

AC not working and in room phone to call front desk didn't work either so had to go down 15 floors to ask to get it fixed. Shower sliding doors also broken and wouldn't stay closed while taking a shower

Very nice facility. Appreciated the location. It was a safe and easy walk to the sports complex. The Dove toiletries were also a plus. We will definitely stay again when we go to the Philly area.
