This was a nice spacious hotel room perfect for an extended get away. However, they quite a few issues with room keys we were unable to access our room without an escort as the keys did not work in the entire hotel. This became very inconvenient after awhile. This issue lasted 2 days. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again

The room was very clean and the check in and check out processes were very quick. The only issue I had was that the pillows were very uncomfortable and the blackout curtains do not close all the way so light still comes in.

Staff support terrible. When we wanted to extend our stay there, staff member SHARMA on the front desk made us feel like we were not listened to. She acted so dismissive. We felt that she was acting in a discriminative manner especially that she kept ignoring our presence at the front desk area for about 15 minutes all that time speaking to a man of her origin. The man appeared like he was not a guest at the hotel and was chatting to him in a very casual manner.
