Unfortunately the first room we were provided was in very poor shape. The chair was dirty and had a cigarette burn on it, amp shades were dented & dirty. The room was not cleaned very well. Baseboards were dusty & it was dirty behind the door. Moved to a 2nd room which was marginally better. Chair was stained and there was no desk chair.

Both bathroom in room and in lobby dirty, especially toilet. In room, even bathroom door has stains and toothpaste. Bathroom door had water damage at bottom. Drawers not closing properly, opening up Floors dirty in corners Shower leeking on floor

As a woman travelling alone with my daughter we felt very unsafe in this area the place is very clean and sketchy the pictures posted on Expedia doesn't reflect reality I'm disappointed in Expedia for even having this place listed on their website.

Breakfast was okay but not great. I had coffee only and ate on the road. My husband had a cereal. Bed was comfortable. Elevator was scary to use. Sounded like it was going to break. Very noisy.

There’s no way anyone can complain great location easy to find extremely friendly service ( for real with a smile) the price was great I can’t find anything wrong I wanted to stay one more day but home called
