Bathroom door had the door skin peeling off. Black mold in the shower. Proper cleaning of the room is suspect. I have pictures. Staff at front desk at checkout basically ignored a couple in front of me as well as me. It’s like the guests are an inconvenience. His phone was more important.

I was staying at your hotel the bed in my room was making a lot of noise. I had to ask one of your staff ICE he bring it to me in a garbage plastic bag which was very funny situation. I just wanted to bring this matter to your attention, as the noise affected my comfort during my stay. I hope this can be checked and improved for future guests

Horrible experience water temperature was at cold the whole stay maintenance “didn’t know how to fix it”apparently and things were taken from my room an things were moved after leaving to go to the store so I would have someone stay in the room well you exit the building for whatever reason.

My fridge didn’t work and the toilet leaked. Onsite staff were accommodating, hopefully you are as well. I would like a refund as had to check out after 3 hours due to a family emergency. The staff said they would have refunded me in full if it wasn’t booked through you, Expedia a third party.

Welp… I walked in and nobody was at the desk. Wait around… people coming in and out, nobody around. Frustrated, get back in the car and park it and grab our things. Back inside, still nobody… found the phone number and called the front desk, from the front desk. (At least have a bell or something)… the elevator was sketchy and painfully slow, so opted for the stairs. The room… Looked like someone got into a fist fight with the lamp shade, black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, and grout. My house isn’t perfect, but that shouldn’t be noticeable. They claim to be eco friendly, but it took more than one flush on the toilet to do its job. There was a 4foot by 4 foot picture missing… like this place was NOT busy at all, can’t you just take one from another room? Might as well slept on a sheet of cardboard, and that was lucky if you could fall asleep over the noise of the HVAC unit… sounded like tiny mice were operating a wheel on the inside. I took a video because I couldn’t believe it. I appreciated the text message letting me know if I needed to ask a question I could… so I did. What time is breakfast? 7-10 I was told. So at 9:30 when I went down to take a look, lo and behold they had packed it up ‘cause it finished at 9am. I know, you get what you pay for…. But I read the reviews, the place sounded perfect… and with breakfast included. I didn’t like that ANYONE could walk in to the place. I typically travel solo, but had family with me this time. I wouldn’t recommend
