The hotel was very clean. And the staff was very polite and professional. My only issue was with the limited space to park the vehicle, so i could check in.

Great spot in central Philly. Mind the parking.
The hotel is very nice and centric, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The room was exceptional, same as the amenities (gym, bar, conference rooms, etc). My only problem was the parking situation. To self-park it costs $39 per day and it's very difficult to go in and out of the parking lot due to the constant traffic in front of the hotel entrance. Other than that, it was great!

Could not get hot water in shower. Was the control valve working or did I not know how to use it? TV was too complicated to use. Everything in the room was new and modern.

Hotel staff are amazing. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and eager to ensure your stay is really pleasant. The central location made it even better as it's close to central landmarks in Philly. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
