Come unwind and enjoy the sunshine in this brand new 5 Bedroom, 4 bathroom home built in one of the most sought after lake communities in the Greater Phoenix Area. This almost 4000 square foot home easily sleeps 11 and features a game room, separate vaulted dining room(Seats 8), stunning round glass kitchen nook table (seats 8), granite breakfast bar seats 3), walk in pantry, natural gas stove, stainless steel appliances, large living room with massive sectional, Bonus Room with leather theater seating, Triple car garage and so much more! Enjoy your own Private Heated Pool and hot tub or walk over along the many pathways to enjoy the Exclusive Clubhouse Resort Style Swimming Pool with swimming lanes and Water Splash Park. The community Clubhouse also features a state of the art Fitness Facility, babysitting and fitness classes for minimum fee for non members.

The house is located steps from one of many parks and backs a green belt that connects to over 12 miles of paved walking and biking paths. You are conveniently located 7 minutes from Mesa Airport and 30 minutes from Sky Harbour Airport with access to the upscale San Tan Village Mall, close to many golf courses, spas and award winning restaurants, movie theaters and shopping centers. Guests will enjoy 5 private bedrooms and 3 full baths as well as an extra 1/2 bath. The master suite is located on the main floor and overlooks the pool. The master suite features a king size bed with a separate reading area, a large soaker tub, two separate sinks and vanities, a full walk in shower and two separate walk in closets! The other 4 bedrooms are located on the second level as well as two more full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with a walk in closet, Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has a brand new King size bed and Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single bed on top.

Upstairs features a massive bonus room with leather recliner couch and additional Futon and kids play area.

The backyard boasts a covered patio eating area with glamorous glass sliding door and fan allowing you to bring the outside in! Family Gathering

Loved all the space in this location, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Pool, Hot Tub, outside patio area, all so great for visiting in several areas at once, and the available garage made loading in and out so convenient. Excellent. The home could use a little maintenance, deep cleaning, carpet stretched, cleaned, wall scuffs repaired, there wasn’t enough TP for 11 people for five days, we couldn’t find a can opener, not many wash cloths, we provided those things, but overall, absolutely no regrets, we totally enjoyed our stay, and the Hosts were amazing, totally available for any questions — Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us!!

Beautiful home

My college friends stayed in this gorgeous house. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook our meals in the big kitchen. One of the gals loved the kitchen so much she sent pictures to her husband for ideas for their remodel. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Spacious rooms, overall,we enjoyed the stay. Only a couple of minor complaints: We could never get the pool to heat up, so our use of pool was limited to the spa. The climate control for the bottom floor was not working so it was a bit cool at nights.The pool table did not have useful que sticks.

Soccer and fun - moooooving experienxe

House was great for our 4 families visiting for a soccer tourney. Plenty of room and tons of kitchen stuff including spices and condiments. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Outside the house there was some clutter in garage and pool area was messy (cans and furniture all over the place outside). Pool and hot tub themselves were clean and as advertised.Location was great with stores and restaurants close by. Finally and surprising to us… there was a large heard of long horn cattle that ran through the backyard everyday. We loved our moooing wake ups each day!Overall we loved the house and would definitely recommend for large family or group of friends.

Perfect for multiple families

We were 3 couples and a couple of adult kids in town for a friend’s wedding… this was a perfect fit for us. (A full bathroom for each family unit- essential!) Communication was prompt and we were able to check in early which was wonderful! We are out so can’t speak to kitchen supplies, but it seemed well stocked. Very happy with this stay.

This house had everything we needed for 6 of us to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was easy to get to and close to grocery stores, etc. We had cooler weather so were not able to utilize the pool as it wasn't warm enough but the hot tub was used during the entire stay.

A disaster vacation

The house was advertised with a heated pool and jacuzzi they didn't work I called the host before my arrival date she told me that swimming pool and jacuzzi were working imagine a family vacation in 100 degree temperature with no water to enjoy neither jacuzzi or pool work my husband and I are seniors we enjoy going in the jacuzzi and pool but we didn't go in the water at all we were stuck inside the house.The sadest thing is that the host knew that pool didn't work and didn't tell me I would have cancel and find another property I should had been notified I spent the whole time trying to get in contact with the host and vrbo to correct the problems but nothing was done very dissatisfied

The main floor was much bigger than how it appeared in the pictures, which was a huge plus! The property owner was also quick to respond to our inquiries. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. If we were to come back to Gilbert, I would definitely consider staying here again

Overall, our stay was ok but there were several issues. 1. This was marketed as a 5 BR/3+ bath. We did not have access to the master suite on the main floor which was unfortunate since one person in our group had knee surgery. 2. The hot tub did not heat up. 3. One of the upstairs bathroom drains did not work making that tub/shower unusable. 4. The exterior of the house & garage was dirty with items of disrepair throughout.

Roomy House

The property was perfect for our Stay in Gilbert. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for each family to have their own, 3 1/2 baths were needed with 3 family’s trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time. The entire family enjoyed the pool, especially in the July heat. Location was convenient to other family in town, stores and restaurants. The only “ding” was that the couch upstairs had broken pieces. The chaise lounger could only be used if you stuffed a pillow inside the hole where you sit, one of the recliners In the couch couldn’t work because the “pull” strap was stripped and broken. Wear and tear is to be expected on rentals and I’ve stayed in my share and this was a great property for our needs. Owner was very accessible. We had a great time. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener instead of having to get in and out of the car to use the keypad but all and all it was a minor inconvenience. We would recommend this rental for large family’s.

Great Property for College Alumni Friends!

Positives: Great property with all sorts of amenities that served us well for college alumni getaway from WA State. Plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies, some leftovers from previous visitors. Great location, although we had food/groceries delivered, so we did not have to go anywhere. Pool is fun and appreciated pool towels and a few "toys" - i.e. pool noodles. Liked the privacy of pool area/backyard. Fairly clean and rate was reasonable. The variety of sleeping arrangements was a plus (we had 8 people, including 1 in a wheelchair). The guest book is a great idea - enjoyed reading. Not-So-Positive: We could not figure out how to use the indoor or outdoor speakers; no instructions in the "house book". The "house book" could use updated information in where to find things in the house (i.e. map?). It was difficult to find which switch belonged to which fan or light and which remote worked for what. We did not have enough toilet paper for the long weekend. I understand that we were suppose to buy our own supplies, but would have thought that TP was a basic for a VRBO. Two out of the four pool lounge chairs are broken. The pool did not seem like it had been maintained. Friends that live close brought over chlorine tablets and shock treatment to use before we jumped in. Seems reasonable to skim the pool with net, given the AZ winds, but for the pool cleaner to have zero chlorine tablets is not right. Suggest: A few modifications to master bath and you could advertise as ADA VRBO.
