This classic New Home is in the North Peoria area near Lake Pleasant. It is near Trilogy Golf Course and many others. It is 35 minutes from Cave Creek, a true Southwestern vacation experience. Plenty of privacy yet very close to Freeways. Living Room, full gourmet kitchen with all appliances. 3 bedrooms appointed with western armories and dresser and new luxurious California King Bed and twin in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom is a rich Hampton Pecan Bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom with tub and shower. Living Room TV , KARAOKE and DVD. Step outside for entertaining on the large stone patio with views dining table for lunches and on porch. And when the stars come out, gather around the table. BEAUTIFUL RELAXING FRON PORCH.
