I like the price and the fact it is with 10 miles of family. I don't particularly like the housing area around the hotel and the construction going on. The pungent smell of cleaning products when when first entered the room was a bit over powering.

Property was quiet, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet tasty. Major health hazard with all of the pigeon poop surrounding entrance ways. Also concerning was the lack of security; entrance doors to the rooming units were not secured; anyone could enter the building.

Good morning and thank you for your feedback. We are working on these doors. I have contacted the vendor. All I needed is their estimate. As to the pigeons, it is our perennial issue. They won't leave no matter what we do. Any suggestions?

Hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. Apparently some rooms are being remodeled, so there was some construction containers and furniture in the parking lot. We were not too pleased with the restaurant connected to the hotel. Food was overpriced for what we were served, our waiter was not very attentive and it was extremely noisy. Also, there was a band in the restaurant Friday night, so we were unable to park close to our room due to patrons at the restaurant.

Old property. Looks like they're refurbishing. Lobby good. Long walk to lobby. Its ok, but probably wont stay here again. Not classy.

The staff was nice, but the room was stuffy, the a/c did not work well, the water pressure in the shower was very poor and the water drained very slowly, which is disgusting, and there were tons of pigeons that would perch in the windows making tons of noise. The batteries on the TV remote kept popping out. We will not go back to this hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. As you may have noticed, we are under renovation. Our lobby and landscaping are done. Next on the agenda, are our rooms. It may take a while, but it will be done. The 7 containers in my parking lot are the case goods for the renovation. As to the pigeons, these birds have been here at this location ever since this property was built in 1963. We have tried all avenues to no avail. for that, I am very sorry. Hope you'll give us a 2nd chance to render service to you.
