This property strictly adheres to a Zero Tolerance Policy for parties and events. The City of Tempe enforces stringent regulations on noise disturbances, which can result in fines and the potential delisting of this property from hosting platforms.
For the comfort of our neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to help maintain acceptable noise levels. Please note that this system does not record sounds or conversations; it only measures noise levels in decibels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the property for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other surveillance equipment or recording devices are present on the premises.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
