ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step inside and the whole single level home opens up for your group. The living room is built for togetherness: a huge, sink-in sectional, a 65 inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+, and enough floor space for board games when movie night winds down.
The kitchen keeps the cooks in the conversation. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a central island where pancakes land on Saturday morning. A Keurig, dishwasher, full-size fridge plus a mini fridge for pool drinks, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics. The dining room seats the crew for taco night, and the outdoor dining area handles sunset dinners.
The game room is where desert evenings end: a full-size pool table, a dartboard, and room to gather while the championship bracket gets settled.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have the entire home and backyard completely to yourselves: every bedroom, the game room, the heated pool, putting green, batting cage, gazebo, and all outdoor spaces.
Check-in is easy keypad self check-in, so you can arrive on your own schedule after 4 PM. After booking, you will receive a link to complete our quick pre-arrival steps through Happy Guest. Your arrival instructions and door code are sent as soon as these steps are complete. Please note that refunds are not possible if the pre-arrival steps are skipped.
The home is single level, with no interior stairs.
PARKING
Parking is simple and free. The driveway comfortably fits multiple vehicles, and free street parking is available right in front of the home for larger gatherings. No permits, no fees, no parking garages.
Bringing a truck, SUV caravan, or a small trailer for your Salt River gear? There is room. Unload steps from the front door and settle in.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM. Early or late options may be available for $50 per hour, just ask.
Maximum 16 guests. Pets are welcome, please let us know you are bringing them.
No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events.
Please supervise children around the pool at all times.
Heated pool: during winter, the pool heater keeps the water in the low to mid 70s. The pool is at its best spring through early fall.
An in-unit washer and dryer are available. The washer is best for small loads, and a laundromat is nearby for bigger laundry days.
The jacuzzi tub is not in service at this time.
Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property.
A rental agreement, ID verification, and $500 refundable security hold are completed through Happy Guest after booking, similar to a hotel check-in.
