Amazing 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Recently remodeled with the goal of creating a comfortable and fun retreat. Centrally located with quick, easy access to spring training facilities, football stadium, downtown, and more...

Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll be minutes great restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the I-17.
* Walking distance to a large public park.
* Less than 10 minutes from Phoenix's newest light-rail station.
* Less than 20 minutes to State Farm Stadium, downtown Phoenix, Waste Management Open.
* Right in the middle of all Spring Training facilities.
* Less than 30 minutes to some of the countries best restaurants.

Game room boasts beautiful pool table, darts, ring and hook game, tons of board games, kegerator (can be filled with beer of choice), large TV, blue tooth speakers, neon lights, accent LED lighting - everything needed for fun filled days and nights.

Living room has large 70" TV and new couches that recline electrically with built-in usb ports.

Dining room is comfortable and table conveniently collapses to save space or expands to seat up to 8.

Absolutely beautiful kitchen with tall shaker cabinets, granite counter tops, high-end appliances, and large deep basin sink. Kitchen is fully stocked with just about any kitchen gadget imaginable including blender, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, instapot, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, high quality knives, and lots more.

Beautiful resort style bathrooms, beautiful showers/tubs, bidets, great water pressure...

All mattresses are new and very comfortable.

Amazing backyard. Large, deep recently redone pool surrounded by beautiful synthetic grass. Two outdoor living spaces, plus two loungers for sunbathing. Back patio has a TV, gas firepit, bluetooth electric speakers/lanterns, ceiling fan, and decorative lighting. Cabana equipped with mesh curtains to keep out critters or full curtains to greater privacy, overlooks the pool, and color changing decorative lighting. Two lungers for sunbathing. Propane grill with side burner. Outdoor games: cornhole and bocce.

I take great pride in this property. Your comfort and pleasure is my priority while your here. I am easily reachable and, time permitting, can help with prestocking kitchen/fridge, set up tailgating, provide tailgating supplies if needed, prefill kegerator with beer of choice, and more.

We stayed here for a weekend golf tournament for our daughter and the house worked out really well for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was clean, the linens were fresh, and the beds were comfortable.The family enjoyed playing pool and darts. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, including lots of herbs and spices. Rocky was very responsive and easy to work with, and check-in was smooth with no issues. Overall, it was a great place for our weekend stay

This was an ideal set up for a group of golfers to meet in the Phoenix area and play and unwind. Convenient location to get to multiple golf courses. The pool table, outdoor seating area, and large kitchen table were great. Also, wonderful restaurant recommendations from the host. Thank you!!!

Perfect place to have fun! Updated and clean, the backyard is designed to be comfortable day or night. Can’t say enough about Rocky and Leanne as hosts. Easy check-in and check out and immediate communication, when needed, throughout our stay. 5 stars, we will definitely be back.

The house was nice. We had a great time in the pool but the owner needs a better cleaning crew. Small details that were pointed out to the owner so hopefully things will be improved for the next guests. The slow cooker wasn't working properly but the owner had one delivered the same day.

The house was perfect for our trip. It was a quick weekend getaway for a concert we attended. The pool was awesome to have in the heat too. Very neat and clean property. The game room was awesome too. There was plenty of room for us. I would definitely stay again and recommend this house for people with guests of no more than 6-8 people. Great relaxing house to hangout in.

Great stay

This house is in a pretty decent area, the drive to attractions and dining options can range from 15-30 mins depending on your needs. The pool was nice and clean. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of things you may need for cooking. There were some coffee pods provided as well. Lots of space for kids, even board games. The Internet worked well and the tvs too. We would definitely book again if we ever come back to Phoenix. The property owner is also easy to communicate with and very nice! Definitely recommend.

Pool, pool, and darts...what could be better???!!!

This property wowed us tremendously! We loved our stay. The host was helpful with check-in and even sent us a text welcoming us, how to use our code on the door, and how to use the thermostat. We did notice the property could have been cleaned better with a need to replace the furnace filter and floor sweeping that hadn't been done. Also, the thermostat kept adjusting without us doing it. But all that was minor. Our children LOVED the swimming pool and the pool table with dart board!!! Thank you for an AMAZING stay!!!! If in the area again, we would stay again.

Wonderful Stay in Phoenix!

My friends and I stayed in this house for a little under a week; we were traveling for my best friend's college graduation. The property is just as described and the owners were responsive and very accommodating. We did have a little trouble with checking in and just a few odds and ends around the house (mostly because of unfamiliarity), but we would absolutely stay here again. There are many restaurants and stores within 10-15 minutes of the property and the neighborhood is super quiet. It was a fun and relaxing trip. :)

A wonderful stay

Our group stayed at the home as part of our baseball spring experience. The home is conveniently located near the freeway which helped us get to our destinations easily. The home is warm and welcoming. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the beautiful kitchen. We were impressed by the bathrooms and the shower water pressure. It has a pool but we did not use it. However, we enjoyed the fire pit at night and had a blast playing pool. And we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and proximity of grocery stores. We would return again.

Family is everything!

We chose this location for two compelling reasons: first, it's conveniently next door to our in-laws, and second, it offers an incredible array of entertainment options. The water pressure in the showers is outstanding, and the fire pit outside is perfect for engaging late-night conversations. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup!
