Newer, 3 bedroom Town house in gated community with 2 pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, large exercise facility with shower, pool table room, theater room and activity center. It has a large 2 car attached garage. Quiet gated community close to bus line and freeway ( but not too close to freeway). Completely furnished with linens, towels,pots, pans, eating utensils, toaster, coffee maker,washer and dryer, TV's, blue ray player, cable, WiFi internet, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, gas BBQ grill on back patio with table and chairs. Nice patio on 2nd floor with table and chairs. Close to water park and game center, mini golf etc.

Short trip, clean condo

This was a great place to stay. Everything was as expected. It was very clean and organized. Owner was very responsive throughout booking all the way to checking out. I would recommend this property again.

Very nice two level condo in a gated community.

Correspondence with the owner was excellent. Easy check in. We appreciated the attached garage. The condo was clean and neat. We used the community room to work out but did not uses the pool or hot tub. The location was good because we had different destination every day. with the great amenities I thought the cookware could use an update. Overall a great place and owners that replied very quickly to every request.

Spring Relief

We had a great trip. The property was great. The only issue I had was I would get e-mails from Tom (property owner) through VRBO but I was unable to respond to him. When I clicked to leave a response, VRBO told me I needed to sign in. I left password in Illinois & tried to change in VRBO but the site kept telling me there was an issue. At the end of the stay I located a # & I was able to text the owners directly. No fault to the owners Tom & Chris though! Otherwise we had a great time. We had no problems finding or entering the property when given the instructions by the owners.

Great place to stay

It was a good size for me and 4 family members. Good location to the pool. Tom was very responsive when we had a question or something needing repairing.

Convenient to Spring Training

The condo was very nice and convenient to the Cubs spring training games. Plenty of room for our family with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Our only recommendation would be to put mattress pads on the beds and better pillows to improve the sleeping experience!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious

This townhouse is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Every room was spotless. Both the couches and beds were very comfortable and everything was as advertised. It was great to have a private garage (also spotless, by the way!). The location is handy to the highway and to Southern Avenue, which is a major cross street that goes through Mesa to Tempe. The development that the property is in is still under construction, so one of the entry points had some construction traffic. The main entrance is actually off of Southern and everything there is finished. There aren't a lot of grocery stores close by, but that wasn't a problem because we were visiting in Tempe almost every day. The owner was very communicate and readily available to answer questions. The refund of the damage deposit was very fast, too. Note to people with mobility issues - the bedrooms are all upstairs and there are 18 steps because of the high ceilings. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped but some non-Teflon pots and pans would be welcome. Just a suggestion.

Nice place to recharge

We were pleased with our stay. The accommodations were comfortable. All of the bedrooms were upstairs so if this is a problem you might reconsider. The washer and dryer came in handy. This isn’t your place if you want to gather a group of family or friends as there really isn’t a large living room. There are two large TVs in common areas but none in the bedrooms. The kitchen is really nice and had many items that you’ll need. Thomas was quick to respond to messages. He was so kind to take a photo of some items that my daughter left and send it to me. My family in the area was able to retrieve it. The clubhouse was nice and the workout room had people using it. The pool was warm but we didn’t use it. This place is very close to the pool. The garage is large and we were able to park the rental minivan. It was great to have a garage door opener. It had a nice central location and easy to get to.

AMAZING CONDO!
