The Casita is close to the University of Phoenix stadium, malls, parks, art and culture, hiking trails, golf courses, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love casita because of the coziness and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Full access to backyard and pool, gym as well as the fireplace. This Casita is in a great safe neighborhood. You will have a private entrance and parking up to 3 vehicles as well as RV parking.

Great place for my wife and I to take a break from working everyday and raising a small family for a weekend. Its kinda like having a master bedroom room on a mini resort.

Garden Paradise
The pool isn’t really a kids pool, so we didn’t end up using it but otherwise, it is a gorgeous property. Better than the photos. And the two little dogs who hang out in the yard sometimes are adorable and so friendly. They were a hit with my kiddo.

Beautiful oasis in quiet neighborhood
This is a gorgeous guest house situated on lush, landscaped grounds near the main home. We appreciated the large, open-plan casita and all the lovely amenities that guests are welcome to use: pool, gym, lounging areas. The hosts were very quick to respond to a small request we made and everyone associated with this property was friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Casita. Anna greeted us when we first arrived. My husband loved the gym access and it was a quiet place to stay. Would definitely book again if we returned to Phoenix!

Great property and location
Casita was just as described and pictures online. Had everything we needed for our stay. Anna was a great host and we enjoyed playing with her sweet dogs! Property was beautiful, and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. We may never stay at a VRBO without a toy poodle welcoming party again!

This property exceeded our expectations the property was spectacular and the hosts Anna and Adam were extremely accommodating and we're just a text away if we needed anything.We also loved there two cute little poodles Thank-you Anna and Adam for an amazing week we will be back

cozy, comfortable casita
Very comfortable room with beautiful courtyard and plenty of propane heaters for cool nights. We visited in February so the heaters were a bonus. We stayed 2 weeks and that was a bit long due to absence of stove/oven. However, there is a propane grill readily accessible. A well stocked fitness room also readily available. Owners responded quickly to minor plumbing issue with the sink. Owners recommended great local restaurants as well. I would stay here again for a short 3-4 night stay.
