Our Stunning remodeled home features 3 bedroom, 2 bath + bonus room which makes for a great getaway with everything you need! TVâs with cable in each bedroom + a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a private backyard with covered patio & grassy play area. Itâs hard to travel with some of the items for little ones so for your convenience there is a stroller, pack-n-play and a highchair. Great location just minutes from Old Town Scottsdaleâs restaurants, shopping, boutiques and galleries. It doesnât get any better than this!
*Traveling with a dog? No problem. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.
Make yourself at home! As you walk in the door you are greeted by the living room that has a sofa, a chair plus an oversized chair with 50â flat screen Smart TV with cable. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is really the heart of the home so we have everything you need to prepare your meals at home or enjoy grilling burgers or steaks out on the covered back patio thatâs just off the kitchen. The patio has outdoor seating to hang out and a gas BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs! Just off the living room is a bonus room where everyone can enjoy the ESPN 4 in 1 Game table w Air Hockey, Billiards, Ping Pong & basketball.
The first bedroom has a King size bed, 32â TV with cable and private bathroom with single sink and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and 32â TV with cable and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 32â TV with cable.
There is also access to a full size washer and dryer during your stay. The guest bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combo.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
