Crown molding in entryway and oversized baseboards throughout. Professional kitchen has 6 foot refrigerator and freezer, everything you would expect in a professional kitchen is accounted for. GE Monogram 36" pro style range with built in grill, Microwave drawer with a separate warming drawer underneath. Pot filler for filling large pots right at range. Two separate dishwashers and double drawer mini fridge built right into island. To stay hydrated on your visit, this home has an easy access built in water chiller and RO system. The kitchen is open to Family Room, which is equipped with 7.2 surround sound (7 speakers and 2 subwoofers) for that ultimate theater experience and capped off with a 90 inch big screen TV. The Family room also features lush seating and a cozy fireplace for quiet evenings. The patio features a commercial light switch operated misting system and patio fan. The backyard is stunning with multiple seating areas, including a fire pit. There is a full BBQ area located under pergola with string lights, where you can cook up steaks on 6 burner grill or cook in the outdoor oven. Beautiful property

This was an AMAZING stay. Christopher was great with communications. The home is even more beautiful in-person than on the pictures. The attention to details to ensure we had a great stay was immaculate. It was close to our basketball tournament location and different areas we explored. I would definitely stay here again if we are in Arizona.

Fantastic place!!!

This VRBO exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean, organized and well equipped! They had items like toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream in case you didn’t bring them. Each sink had a pump soap, which I love. The fridge had a new quarter stick of butter, some eggs and condiments. There were snacks on a tray and bottled water. They even had a waffle maker with waffle mix and syrup right next to it. It was very welcoming. The hosts were extremely responsive prior to check in and during the stay. They allowed us to check in a few hours early and offered a late check out if we needed it. The location was perfect. Everything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. We were 20-30 minutes from airport. We would definitely stay here again. We were a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room! I will be sharing this with friends who visit the Phoenix area!!

Best Vrbo we have ever rented

The house is everything we expected from the pictures and more. The owner was highly responsive and available to us anytime we had questions. Everything was impeccably clean and welcoming. There were towels in each room ready for each guest. Everything light switch is labeled to help you determine how to turn them on and off. There was water and snacks waiting for us when we got to the house. There were 5 of us in town for a marathon weekend, and this was a perfect spot for us. We were able to make the 2-hour drive to Sedona and also get to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix with no issues. I would recommend this Vrbo to anyone and would gladly rent this house again when I am in the area.

Wonderful home; wonderful host

Super nice, upscale property in a quiet neighborhood makes for a great stay in Gilbert. Christopher was so accomodating and was truly interested in providing a top notch experience for us. The house is very clean, with a dream kitchen and a theater quality TV and speaker system in the family room. We enjoyed dinners on the patio--there's a TV there as well! The master bed was very comfortable. My husband and I would welcome the chance to stay here again. Thanks a million, Christopher!

Arizona experience

We have stayed in many different properties in many different places. This home by far was the absolute best. Not only is this a beautiful home, it is clearly well maintained. No detail was overlooked from extra towels, toiletries to even some snacks. After a long day of traveling from Florida with the 3 hour time difference a quick check in and a comfortable bed were greatly needed. This home did not disappoint. I know my family will be using this stay as a standard for any place in the future. If we come back to AZ we will be sure to stay here.

What a great property!

Everything about this property was a great experience! I have stayed in a number of VRBO's and this one is near the top. The host was right there...checking in every few days to make sure all of our needs were met. In fact, when I asked about what might have been a malfunctioning coffee maker, he had it replaced the same day. The attention to detail was excellent. We will be staying at this property again!

Very Comfortable And Accommodating

My family and I stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving and had everything we needed to prepare a traditional meal. The home was spotless and very comfortable, and the hosts were most accommodating. The neighborhood was tranquil but close enough to stores and restaurants. We will consider staying here again when we are back in Gilbert.

Wonderful hosts, Gorgeous house!

Christopher and Rachel's house is amazing! It's even prettier in person. We used this house for our bridal party on our wedding weekend. Chris and Rachel were awesome in communicating with us, allowed us to check in alittle earlier so we can set up for our bridal party dinner. We checked out on time but got home and realized my brother forgot his keys at the house and Chris and Rachel were so gracious and allowed us to come back and look for them. We found them thank goodness! All wonderful things about our stay. Our wedding venue was 7 mins away so made life easier for us on the day of. I also explained our culture to Chris and Rachel where my mom and her friends come to sing for the bride as she leaves the house, and they were so understanding of this and allowed us to. So would definitely stay here again. Thank you so so much for making our wedding weekend that much more special 💗 Justin and Jojo.

Beautiful Updated Gilbert Property

The house was absolutely beautiful. Beautifully decorated, upgraded appliances, welcoming, lovely neighborhood, and above and beyond with the little touches to make your stay seamless. Was a dream away from home. The whole family was comfortable and had lots of space to come together or enjoy a bit of alone time. Detailed instructions easily located. Absolutely Amazing Place!

The house exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. The pics don't do it justice, it's styled to the T and just loaded with the best appliances and amenities and fully stocked with everything from bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, snacks, breakfast and cooking supplies. The owner/manager did a fantastic job decorating it, labeling every switch for appliances and lights and the house was extraordinary clean and well take care of. 10/10.
