Convenient to dining and shopping. Fairly clean and maintained. On the downside --- clerk not very friendly, made excuses to a customer about door key not working. Vending area not easy to locate. Beverage machine takes dollars only (no 5's or larger) Ice machine inoperable (on 2 floors) If you want ice -- must go to 3rd or 4th floor. Apparently has been that way for a while -- as the sign appears time worn !! ""Not"" a good situation for customers staying there. Wiil probably look elsewhere on my next excursion.

I can’t give a review as we were moved prior to arrival to a sister property. When we arrived at comfort suites they had no reservation for us. Property was less than stellar. We were put in a queen bed instead of king.

I appreciated the service from the front desk on Friday night. She knows who she is that went above and beyond for us.

The staff was not friendly, and they were not trained to do simple task on the computer. the outside perimeter around the motel was dirty with trash and debris. After three days there was no attempt to clean or pick up.

Great place. Our room needs a little maintenance (bathroom fan didn’t work , door knob loose, clothes iron didn’t heat) Good stay and nice overall.
