The stay overall was great. The house was in a great location close to Kieran Commons and Old Town Scottsdale. There was a lack of games or pool toys and a broken air pump so you couldn’t inflate anything if you wanted to. The back door also doesn’t lock properly so if security is something you’re worried about then that might make you uncomfortable especially being in a house with children. The property manager responded quickly in the beginning and then stopped responding when I had questions about the pool and the spa, I had to figure out how to use the controls myself as there were no instructions and I did not receive a text back. Overall the house was great, it was comfortable and the pool was great. It accommodated our little family very well and the location was great. I would recommend this place.

A resort-like experience!

Our stay at this VRBO was outstanding. The home was exceptionally clean, bright, and beautifully maintained. The pool was pristine, and the backyard features — including the putting green and corn hole boards — added so much fun and made our visit even more special. All the appliances and hardware were in perfect working order, making everything easy and comfortable. We truly didn’t want to leave and would have loved to stay even longer. Highly recommend!

House is ok. Backyard pool is wonderful which is why we booked this place. Beds are very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well at all. I was a little disappointed that I payed for pool heat for our stay and the pool was not heated when we arrived. Property manager was quick to respond and get the pool heating , but it took until the next day for the pool to heat up to the point that we could use it. I expected it to be ready when we arrived. This house worked for what we needed but I would not stay again.

Pool and Spa Paradise

This property isn't perfect but the backyard pool/spa/fireplace/putting green and abundance of seating make it a 5 star.What we liked: 1) back yard! 2) Bed's were extremely comfortable 3) Kitchen and bathrooms were very cleanWhat could be improved: 1) had some issues with the spa on day 1 and wasn't getting response to texts--ended up calling and got everything dialed in. 2) carpets are well worn and would be nice if entire house was tile like kitchen/dining area 3) bed frames should be replaced--soft surfaces with stains not ideal (comfortable beds make up for it). 4) backyard wall in one corner needs some work. 5) lots of construction in neighborhood-looks like lots of new investment property. Neighborhood overall quiet and safe. My wife says I'm too picky;-) Enjoyed our 2 week stay!

We appreciated the cleanliness of this home. It was advertised as a home with a heated pool. We did not appreciate that after booking we were notified that if we wanted the pool heated we would have to pay a steep upcharge.

Great girls’ getaway’

Family getaway

We decided to have one last family getaway before my daughter went to college. We decided on Phoenix to watch a special concert and drive to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. The house is nice and the description accurate. It's relatively close to restaurants and the old Scottsdale.
