Rooms not clean

The hotel management needs to train staff on how rooms should be cleaned. On day 1 i noticed there is alot of hair in the bathroom floor from previous guests. This was not cleaned before my arrival and they failed to clean it throughtout my stay. I was also shocked to notice a big lump of hair on the “clean” towel they had left in my room.
