We asked for a quiet room but was placed in a room with a lot of noise coming in from freeway. Bathtub was not clean. Breakfast is not that great it did not have scramble eggs or potatoes only on Saturday was just sausage. For the fruit there was only apples. Overall, the staff was very friendly.

Our fridge was leaking so we constantly had a puddle on the ground, very dangerous!! Caused lvp to warp so it’s an on going problem. I let the staff know. Sink was broken and the water pressure was horrible

Nicotine streaks on the bathroom door. Bed comforter had hugh cigarette burns. The safety lock on the door busted.. bed was unstable and noisy. Matress was on a metal box frame which made noise everytime you moved. Great location for concerts.

Check in was a breeze and she was very pleasant. Check out was an inconvenient. No ability to do it from TV. Called front desk and she immediately put me on hold. I waited about 5-6 mins. Whole time I was hearing rustling in the background so I wasn’t sure what she was doing. This was another girl not the one that checked me in as I can tell from the voice. Finally when she got back on the phone I asked if she could check me out or I needed to go to front desk? She said she could do it over the phone and apologized about the wait.
