Casa Kit II

Beautiful 3 bedroom Spanish Style home centrally located. 1900 sq ft with a large 8,107 sq ft lot. Sleeps 6 comfortably but in a pinch 2 more on the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Quiet area.

12 minutes to Tempe, 10 minutes to Downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 25 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, 5 minutes to the Award winning Public Legacy Golf Course.

The back yard is large and a true Oasis to hang out with friends and family. Large heated swimming pool (heating optional) A brand new Cal Spa Hot Tub to really get relaxed and enjoy, afterwards cool off a bit in the private swimming pool.

Great Hiking Trails at South Mountain's Morman Trail which is a short 5 mile drive from the Vacation Rental. The location makes it easy to catch a most of Spring Training games and attend events like the Waste Management Open. Lots of golf nearby including the award winning Legacy Golf Course 5 minutes away.

South Mountain
My husband and I stayed for 8 days. The property is beautiful and completely remodeled. Beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub and outdoor tv. Location great for downtown events, we went to baseball game. It was 25 min drive. He hiked South Mountain every day for exercise. We went into Tempe a few times for brew pubs, easy drive. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out. The blankets and sheets were soft and bed was comfy. We felt safe and enjoyed the homes amenities.

Best family vacation!
This house and host were amazing! The house was clean, well stocked, in close proximity to so many things, and any communication with the host was answered quickly! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean! I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Perfect getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Kit! The location was ideal for us, an easy drive from the airport and several stores nearby. Everything about the property was as described and worked perfectly. I wish the weather would have cooperated more for us to use the beautiful pool, but that's mother nature for you! We will definitely try and stay here again when back in town visiting family.

Wonderful property
We loved all the amenities at this property. Spacious inside and out. Very comfortable for up to six people. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub and fire pit. Only 10 minutes from South Mountain sightseeing and hiking. Kit was a great host--very friendly and responsive! Highly recommend!

Nice Getaway
Very nice home. Great backyard with pool, hot tub, and fire pit. It was exceptionally cool and windy, so the pool didn’t get used much, however, the hot tub is big and was used everyday, as was the fire pit. Kitchen really well stocked. Close to everything you need. Really easy to get to from airport. We are planning to stay here again next year, only longer. Kit is a great guy to work with.

Awesome house
This house was even nicer and more spacious than the photos made it look. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The house is conveniently located by the airport, as well as miles of hiking trails on South Mountain.
