Rio Verde is ideal for those outdoor enthusiasts with golf, hiking, biking and lovely walks though the community. Just minutes north of Fountain Hills and just east of Scottsdale, AZ.

Community Center is a few minutes walk away which allows access to the community pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball, library and fitness center.
