Negative reviews accurate regarding area outside. Hotel is under renovation, pardon dust. Never personally felt unsafe from transients, but would recommend to be vigilant and alert. Overall had a good experience, staff was friendly, room was clean.

Staff went there up front took a 30-45 minutes both times they have all of their breakfast utensil or food ready or working not a good variety not like it used to be

This place has seemingly been under renovation for months and didn't see anyone working on anything during 4 day stay. Wires hanging out of walls, putrid carpets, absolute shambles. Room service never showed. Car park full of drug takers or dealers or both. Hotel entrance doors never lock after hours to feel safe from the tweakers in the lot outside. Stay away from this disaster of a place.

Amenities were much better than expected. They have nice options for breakfast (bagels cream cheese, yogurts, pancake, etc. ) They have step-in showers. The staff is really nice. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and I would stay here again.

Check in was good. However it doesn’t make sense to charge for incidentals when a person arrives at 4am to check in. Also I had paid for a king bed and was given two doubles.
