Located in the heart of Gilbert, minutes from US 60 freeway.

Tucked away on a quiet, private, peaceful street. Enjoy country vibes, on this spacious acre lot with a resort style pool and hot tub. Relax on the large lawn. Play games, swim, and enjoy the spacious backyard. Take a walk on quiet nearby canal path, relax in the spacious home. Visit the Riparian Reserve, Fat cats, great dining, and other nearby amenities- all within minutes.

Bedroom 1 is the primary suite with large onsite bathroom, double sinks and bath tub.

Bedroom 2 is a secondary/guest primary suite with onsite, single sink and shower bathroom. Space also has access to the 6th bedroom which is attached in its own separate area-ideal for families traveling with young children. A bathroom Jack-and-Jill’s bedroom 2 & 6. Also has its own laundry stack in this Jack-and-Jill area, and private entrance outside.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a private single sink, bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has two twin beds, with 2 twin trundle mattresses below each twin bed, and one double bed.
Bedroom 5 has a double bed.

Bedroom 6 has a twin bed, with Jack-and-Jill bathroom to bedroom 2; as described. Can be accessed privately via exterior door, or via bedroom 2 when Jack-and-Jill access is open.

Grey sectional couch in living area is comfortable, and option to sleep two more guests with extra bedding.

Bathroom 4 is a full bath with shower and double sinks. centrally located for other bedrooms.

Bathroom 0.5 is a powder bath with single sink.

Second living area has a piano and lounging space. There are 2 laundry units avail for guest use.

Please note-the pool is NOT heated. The spa/hot tub is heated and included in your booking for a max of 8 hours heat daily.

Please remember to turn spa off between each use. Heating longer than 4 hours daily may result in extra propane fees as this is extra cost to host.

The yard is on an acre lot with large open grassy field. Play corn hole or bocce ball, provided.

Fence surrounds pool for safety.

Please be respectful to neighbors and observe quiet hours in regard to neighbors sleep.

No parties. Pool is NOT heated. Spa heat is included in booking for max 4hrs daily heating. May allow 1-2 non shedding dogs but need approval from host, and to pay a pet fee first.
