Not what we were expecting
My overall concern with this property was cleanliness and just overall presentation. When we arrived there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Some of the pans we used when we cooked dinner looked like they had just been put away without being washed. There were four of us staying and there wasn’t enough hot water for all four of us to shower. Even the first person showering had a hard time getting anything beyond warm water. The chairs at the kitchen table and a bed side table in one of the bedrooms was so rickety, we didn’t use them because we thought they’d break. When my son turned the fan on in his room, the dust that came off was enough to make him sneeze. Every time I opened the curtains in the primary bedroom, the curtain rod came off. And finally, the host provided water, but the two bottles provided had different tops, so we had to pour water from one container to another rather then just switching the connector. I think with a good, thorough, deep clean and some updates this house could be very nice!

Plenty of rooms!
House had plenty of room and the diving board was fun! It was clean but not 5 stars clean. There were some utensils and things that we ended up washing before we used them. The property manager was friendly and welcoming. We were contacted every day with a reason for her or someone to enter the house.It wasn’t really a problem for us but unusual activity in my experience with a VRBO stay. Convenient location for and our planned activities.

Mostly good
This is an older home. But there was plenty of room, comfortable bed in master(the only one we used), kitchen was adequate. Our only complaint was the propane tank for the grill was empty and we had bought steaks to grill.

Nice place to stay for some Spring Training baseball
Some friends of mine and I stayed here while golfing and enjoying some Spring Training baseball. The location was good and the neighboorhood seemed safe. The large backyard was nice. There was good communication with the property host.

Comfortable and clean
The house was nice. Had a good sized living room to easily have a good time with friends. Patio and backyard are amazing. It was a bit too cold for the pool but it did look really nice. Everything was easy to use and the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental.
