This home is a gem in the heart of North Scottsdale. We take GREAT PRIDE in our properties and this again, is one we took exceptional care in to making it the perfect destination home you will never want to leave! (If this one is booked or above your price point, please be sure to consider messaging us for our other homes, of the same caliber)!
Our home is moments away from Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge and only about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Our home has been remodeled top to bottom and filled with the finest furnishings. The master bedroom has one of the most serene soaking tubs that will no doubt help you relax and start your vacation off right. The home fits comfortably with 6 beds. There are 3 bedrooms as well: a room with 2 twin beds (which can be converted to king upon request), a room with a queen, master has king bed and den is set with a day bed that pulls out with 2 twins total with heated pool. We have a pack n play as well. With the pool table and incredible back yard, this home is an entertainers dream and the perfect destination to enjoy a family or friend gathering! This house was great! Paul was very communicative. Everything was clean and there was so much space. The backyard was beautiful. Hot tub and pool were clean. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to easily drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. Host was very responsive. It was super rainy while we were there which is definitely unusual and there was some minor flooding in the backyard. We did encounter a scorpion inside but that was likely due to the rain and is an unusual occurrence.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear layout and easy-to-follow instructions provided by the host. Comfortable, good location in Scottsdale.

We stayed at this home for spring break get away. Our plans were to play golf, take in a spring training game, and a NBA game. The house was comfortable and the location was great for our plans. In between our planned activities and when we were at the house, we were able to have a family putting competition, utilize the pool and hot tub, plus shoot a bit of billiards. While we didn't really need to contact the owner about anything, he checked in with us to make sure everything was good. He was just a phone/text away!

Perfect Location and Resort Amenities

Great house with terrific amenities. House was very clean and perfectly set up for guests. All the necessary kitchen and bath supplies, including towels, were provided. Host was extremely responsive and made our stay very enjoyable.
