This hotel offers an exceptional experience. The staff are warm, attentive, and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish. Our spacious and well-appointed room opened directly onto a shared infinity pool, offering breathtaking sea views surrounded by nature. The only sounds we heard were the soothing songs of birds. The onsite restaurant serves delicious cuisine with excellent service, enhancing the overall experience. For those looking to explore Kamala Beach, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service. Alternatively, it is a scenic 30-minute walk, though the route includes a few steep hills that reward you with stunning views. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality, serene atmosphere, and stunning location.

I absolutely Loved the property and staff! I received a complimentary upgtade. My room was enormous and included ab infinity swim-up pool. I loved the VIP service provided. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We will certainly be back!

The staff/dining/spa and room were incredible. But the property itself is starting to look a bit dilapidated. Areas that need cleaning or maintenance but more in the general upkeep sort of way. It may very well look like this just from being in such a tropical location. But our room was top notch for cleanliness and amenities

very bad pool villa

We spent two nights in the Grand Pool Villa Ocean View room. There is no real ocean view; three giant trees block the view. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that there were no Grand Pool Villa available rooms. It wasn't delightful due to the high cost of each night. In addition, the pool is very low maintenance. The tiles in the pools were broken in a lot of places so it felt like stepping on little rocks. The pictures in the app are not like reality. The villa is big but the TV is old and not high quality. breakfast was very good. overall we are very disappointed and we will not back to this hotel.

Beautiful small resort built in Thai style with amazing views. Good facilities, although a 5 minute ride to the nearest town (shuttle provided). The Thai Grand Pool Villa was incredible - spacious, private with a good sized private infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good spa facilities.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay. We loved our room, the bathroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant is very reasonably priced considering how nice the hotel is. You can be shuttled around the resort and down to Kamala easily. Sunsets from the rooftop’s restaurant are phenomenal!
