Very pleasant stay with outstanding customer service - the best that I have ever experienced anywhere in the world by far. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, facilities in the resort were excellent and well maintained. Overall a wonderful holiday experience at the Burasari in Phuket.

Hotel was very beautiful. I booked a swim up room and it was a bit musty smelling. Unfortunately, I did find a cockroach in my room but aside from that it was a great hotel. It is tropical so bugs are expected so I attribute it to that.

Love, love, loved this little Haven of happiness!!

Beautiful hotel with the best staff anyone could ask for! Always smiling, nothing is too much trouble for them, genuinely made our anniversary holiday the best! The bars, the happy hour cocktails, the plentiful buffet breakfast, the lovely food at the restaurant is a mix of Thai and international dishes and was delicious! Spotlessly clean, our maid was the best and transformed our room so quickly each day, bathroom toiletries were replaced when used, pool towels, bag and blanket for the Beach were all provided. The biggest hotel towels that we have used anywhere in the world so far. Room service was also excellent, we had the pizzas and they were delicious too! We were even given a free upgrade to a pool view room for our anniversary stay! As first timers to Thailand, this could not have been any better! The location is perfect, just minutes walk from Bangla Road and the Hard Rock Cafe yet you wouldn’t know from the hotel as it is set back from the noise and mayhem of that area with all the shops, massage parlours and shopping centres. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property, its very close to Patong beach, everything is within walking distance. The pool was refreshing, the rooms were nice! The breakfast was awesome, even the happy hour and complimentary appetizers was a nice touch! They kept the property very clean and they were always cleaning. I would stay at this property again!!

This is a very nicely hotel, each corner has a little something a wow factor and is greatly maintain, the pools are optimal, the pool bar amazing and the restaurants and foods top quality. I recommend it for families with children, adults and honeymooners, it has it all.
