I can't say enough about my stay at COMO Point Yamu in Phuket. From the moment my partner and I arrived, we were impressed by the warmth of the staff, the serene atmosphere, and the attention to detail that made the entire experience feel so personal and welcome. Every member of the team—from the front desk, to the members at the spa, and the restaurant/bar service staff have gone above and beyond to make you feel cared for. I traveled there solo, and they tool great care of me. The staff is amazing. The property is gorgeous. The beach is a short walk from the property. The resort is a bit of a way from Old Phuket town, which was perfectly fine for me. The hotel arranged it any time I left the property. Wonderful place!

30th wedding anniversary stay at Como Point Yamu

It was a wonderful stay throughout. Were welcomed from the get-go and the staff were courteous always and informed about events in and around the area. The front desk accommodated our late checkout request and even refunded the amount since we had an issue with a water leak one day in the bathroom. Simple gestures always go a long way especially with the hospitality industry. We look fwd to staying here again. The property has an amazing view of the bay. The only downside is it is a little far from downtown Phuket and Pa Tong but nothing a Grab app couldn’t fix with cabs.

COMO Point Yamu Phuket is one of THE BEST hotels I have ever stayed at!! The hotel staff was AMAZING- from The hostess Keng who greeted us at breakfast and helped us arrange a stay at COMO Bangkok (due to our love of this hotel), to Jaeb in the Thai restaurant who taught us Thai and made us feel very welcome, to the front desk staff- Bonus and Oui who were always helpful, to Boss the towel guy at poolside and Boom who took us on a beach walk, I can not say enough about this hotel. My twin and I celebrated a milestone birthday here and we came back after a long day sightseeing to a cake, Thai friendship bracelets and a beautifully handwritten note from the staff! What a CLASSY HOTEL! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Remote and perfect get away from crowds. But close to the water and beach front. Lots of areas to go besides your room to view surrounding nature. Hotel decorations and building materials matched the environment around it - so in this case, water and greenery. Staff were not just friendly but actually greeted me by name and got to know me. Sure I was there for 6 days but still - never had this type of stay. There were several free activities - yoga and beach walks - which were great. There were several paid activities but I didn't do them (Thai cooking) as I'd taken Thai cooking classes before. I would hope to come back to this location! it's amazing.

Food and beverages, especially wine is overpriced. There is a a 20,000BAHT deposit……very high, upon check in. You are isolated in this hotel and have hardly any options for dining outside so be prepared to pay for the Como experience We had breakfast included and the staff were excellent! The breakfast was up to expectations even though we saw negative comments online This hotel is in a beautiful location but it is not delivering nearly enough for a return visit. After a stay at COMO in Ubud Indonesia I can say unfortunately there is no comparison
