There was nothing to like checked in and checked out and money was kept by hotel. They lie there is no pool....LET ME SAY THIS AGAIN THERE IS NO POOL.

Five weeks ..

Arrived ..with welcoming smile and confident helpful attitude from manager Deepak .( spoke English ).this didn't change throughout my stay ..the cleaning staff were great ...left all my absolute valuables in room ..exposed ...without a problem . Not the thing I usually do...but it works here ..for the price and what you get ( location to beach / up on hill / shops ) this place has my vote..got upgraded to higher level apartment building ..for just a bit more. I always treat people with respect and try to understand were they are coming from ..we formed a bond because of this .. Thank you coolbreeze

Very nice penthouse right in front of the beach

Our hotel was pretty amazing, it was right in front of the beach and it had an amazing balcony overlooking it. The staff was also super nice and very attentive.

Gorgeous room views!

Pretty good stay. Owner was very friendly. Hotel rooms were comfortable and spacious. To get to the hotel rooms itself is a bit of a trek, very steep uphill climb but worth it for the balcony views. Going downhill may be a challenge for some as well. Pretty clean space, bathroom needs more maintenance, especially the toilet seat.

Decent enough for the price

Generally it’s a nice place for what you’re paying. We stayed at first in the penthouse and had beautiful views. After that we had to move to a lower bungalow where we had more privacy but no view. Be warned there are some bugs and critters about! Pool was really nice.

We stayed up in the top building, which is slightly separated from the actual bungalows. It was like staying in a high class apartment for a bottom dollar price, which is hard to find in Phuket unless you search for awhile. The room had a shared common area and balcony, but this only enhanced the experience. We stayed with a lovely family, and had no troubles at all. The view was one of the best I've ever experienced. Like something out of a movie. Since we didn't stay in a bunglow, I have no info on those, other then they looked really nice and everyone seemed to be having a good time. And the management was superb. Highly recommend.

Steps to the beach

Checking in and out was a breeze at cool breeze. When I walked up to the room I was Very impressed too! Clean quiet and relaxed private atmosphere. Whish I could have stayed longer.

My flight to Phuket was delayed so I didn’t get in until after the office closed. I called ahead and Bee Pak, the hotel manager, gave me his personal cell phone number and getting in was easy. The room was exactly what I needed; a bed, a shower, and AC. Very close to the beach. I recommend walking just a bit farther to the south to Kata Noi beach. Smaller and not as crowded.

Great location.

Convenient location to Kata beach, just down the hill. Very nice view in the penthouse apartment and great value for money. Air conditioning leaked on the bed and the duvet was a thin sheet, overall I would stay again because the location was great.

Location and View.

Amazing views, highly recommend- the only concern is that it's a shared common living space/ kitchen & balcony. The location makes up for any shortcomings. Office is right next to Hot Yoga studio... The manager who is originally from Myanmar was absolutely great, can't remember his name... but extremely helpful.
