It is a very well organized and run hotel. I like it because I’m a wheelchair user and the hotel is well set up for it on this stay we were upgraded to a larger delux family room.. while having more space was nice the bathroom lacked the safety grab bars by the toy let and in the shower which made it challenging for me to use.. otherwise the room and the bed was comfortable I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and wil do it again.

We were very happy with the service of the staff, the buffet breakfast was wonderful. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the jacuzzi was an extension of the pool and not heated.

Loved the Hotel, my room was great and its restaurant served a wide range of cuisines, the pool was big enough to cater for a number of swimmers including children. I would definitely recommend it and book again when I am next in Phuket.
