The staff were willing to help with anything and even had a breakfast prepared for when I checked out very early the next day with my pre booked transport to the airport. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with a lot of variation.

the hotel was designed for westerners and i wanted the Thailand experience - food was triple price and my cab to hotel was cheaper then from hotel because hotel added a fee to get a cab back to airport. 20% more cost. Never will I recommend this place due to the distrust

The room was amazing and housekeeping did a great job daily as well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. The location was great was great. Close enough to everything but still removed enough to all for rest and relaxation.
