Everything was good. Friendly staff, close to Patomg Beach, cheap but good local food just across the road. They allowed us a late check out without any charge. Quite satisfied with our stay.

Budget Hotel wth everything you need!

I have stayed in a lot of Hotels in Patong when I stay for scubadiving trips. This place has everything you need but its not high end.The wifi could be better but it worked when needed and I even managed to stream a couple of movies(its about how busy the place is so out of season will be great). The rooms have a TV that that has channels for every visitor(from Russian to Chinese and UK etc). Rooms cleaned everyday and towels changed so all good there. Pool is clean and has plenty of unused beds even in high season. Aircon works, beds are firm, staff are helpful and the area is close to beach. 7/11's seconds away if you need anything. The restaurant food is good but could have more choice. I had all the different breakfasts and they all did the job. It was a third of the price of similar places and I was happy with the choice. I'll stay again.......thats the thing that matters. If you can get a balcony room, in my opinion they're the best and I've stayed in both Bungalow and Balcony.

Room is neat clean & tidy. Restaurant has good food. Staff friendly.Only 5 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to Bangla Road. Being that bit away from the crazy nightlife of Bangla makes it a relaxing place to stay.

wrong location advertised!!

Upon arrival we were extremely peed off and felt very ripped off as the location on the website we booked through was completely different! On the website we were right next to bangla road, but that is not the case! It is a 20 min walk north from bangla road. This was a huge disappointment as location was the reason i booked this hotel! Even when googling the actual adress written down it doesnt exist so there was no way for me to look into it more before hand.. whether this was the hotels fault or the website, i do not know, but was extremely annoying! The hotel itself wasnt bad though. The wifi in our room was terrible! Hardly got any and this was very annoying! Beds were comfy. Shower window basically backed onto the hallway so you couldnt have a conversation in the bathroom without people hearing you, and water went everywhere! There was no hot water in the morning :(

Basic Resort Close to the Beach

We recently stayed at this resort and while the location was good , about a 5 min walk to the beach and a 20 min walk to Bangla Rd , unfortunately dealing with the little lady at reception was very unpleasant. She was quiet rude and tried to over charge us by two days when I had paid our total bill the previous day, when I tried to explain to her that she had already charged us she talked over me and refused to listen. Then there was the issues of other guests reserving the pool chairs from early morning and they were no where to be found until hours later , when I went to reception and mentioned this to the man there he told me just to move their towels ???? Then we had more issues with guests in the room next to us arriving back at 5am from partying out all night then they sat on their balcony playing loud music which woke us up , again I approached reception to complain and they did nothing ???? There were also issues with the WiFi always dropping out and not having good reception. Sorry but I would not recommend this place to anyone , Location and rooms were good but that's about it ... Staff very disappointing and unhelpful...
