We stayed in a pool access room and liked the value for money. The pool was beautiful, but it was difficult to get in and out for my husband with shoulder issues. The breakfast buffet was standard with a big range on offer. If you're big on cleanliness, I wouldn't recommend it, as its at a minimum, with lots of things looking tired, and needing repairs. The shower in the room is a great size, with great water pressure but water can run into the toilet floor which isca design fault. The room smelled mildewy the whole time, as they often do in tropical places.

We stayed at this resort for 11 nights in a Deluxe Pool Access room. The room itself was the highlight of our stay and the main reason we decided to stay the entire duration. After three nights, we requested a move due to issues with our surroundings, but the hotel was unable to provide us with a comparable room. While we love Phuket, our experience was overshadowed by the behavior of other guests. Many were loud, inconsiderate, and disruptive at all hours, including door slamming, shouting, and even smoking marijuana on the balcony above us. Tuk tuks blaring music past the hotel’s side street at all hours of the night only added to the noise. As we were traveling with two young children, this constant disruption was especially frustrating. In response to our complaints, the resort did try to assist by increasing security and offering us a room change, but the alternative didn’t offer the same private pool access we loved, so we chose to stay put. Unfortunately, during our stay, both my husband and I became very ill after eating at the resort, where we had all our meals that day. It was incredibly disappointing to experience food poisoning in the very place we expected to be safe. On a positive note, the kids club was a fantastic feature, and we truly enjoyed the convenience and luxury of the pool access room. However, despite these highlights, the overall experience has left us with no desire to return.

Further from town than we would like. Breakfast was plentiful just not quality. Bacon was shaved rind ends so it was chewy, poached eggs cooked with overpowering vinegar and omlets raw in centre.

We stayed here after recommendations on a Facebook page. Can’t say I was overally impressed. It is run down and its age reflects in the cleanliness of the rooms. I’m pretty sure underneath of the beds hadn’t been cleaned ever. We had a pool access room which was good, but the locks are at child height which makes it difficult with a toddler. One day there was putrid smell all day and we called reception who said they would send someone and never did. The staff weren’t overly friendly, housekeeping never seemed to manage to clean our room when we were out, even when we were out for decent periods of time, which made things awkward, especially when we had a child that needed to nap. The shampoo is in a ceramic container and they tried to charge us AUD$50 for a replacement when one of our children smashed it. We had to request a cot 3 times despite it being on our booking. They are reluctant to provide ice and you have to go out to the bar to get or you are charged for it to be brought to the room. The fridge was not cold. Kids club was underwhelming. It is in a good location which is about the only thing going for it.

The pool was amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was great. The only thing i found where the pillows werent comfy but other than that i cant complain. The staff where amazing. I had a couple of issues with the glass sliding door not locking and a leak in the roof as soon as i told them it was fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend this resort.
