Great Value

Rawai Grand House rooms are very spacious. Staff are friendly & happy. Restaurant not open at night but everything is only a walk away.

Not come back

Never come back again. Air around the pool sometimes smelling bad, hotel next to a trash collection facility. Much more disappointing is the unfriendly and not attentive staff. There are mich more value-for-money occasions around.

Great hotel with huge rooms but nothing around you

Modern, spacious hotel with good a.m. entities. Although if nobody goes to the bar/order food the staff go home so then you are stranded with nothing to eat/drink Bit of a rubbish location and you can’t book any trips from the hotel as their English isn’t very good. All in all an ok hotel and worth the money

Shower not cleaned properly. Beds were rock hard. No hot water until we finally saw a staff member to tell. Breakfast extremely poor. Fresh fruit not fresh, cold coffee and tea. staff didn't understand when we ordered breakfast didn't understand any English.. No staff around during day at pool bar to buy a drink or food. staff were playing badminton in afternoons! Pool was dangerous broken tiles, broken steps to get in pool. Sauna locked and said we must pay extra to use. Gym was the same. No lift,had to climb stairs to get to room.

Horrible customer care!

We were told that the hotel is in patong. It is quite far. We asked for a refund and were told by fon that a refund was possible if Expedia agreed. While on the phone with Expedia, she calls her manager, who says "no refund". She would not let me speak to a manager, since she was on holiday until Monday (same person she just spoke to!). Expedia agents tried and tried and they would not budge.... saying it's a holiday weekend (there were only about four or five couples seen). We decided to lose money and leave. All we needed was a taxi. The taxi took 35 min to come, tried overcharging, and kicked us out. Interestingly enough, when we asked for another taxi, she contacted the same driver. That driver never showed. I hope no one wastes their money at this hotel, where a positive client relations does not exist.

$30 USD from Phuket airport. Not on the beach, must take taxi to the beach. Ants. Dirty room. Two twin beds pushed together, no bed skirt, no pillows. No towels. One roll of toilet paper sitting on counter. No mini-bar. Phone doesn't work. Faux wood flooring, dinged up furniture. Daily fee to used pool. Pool is not picture listed on Expedia. Daily fee to use gym.

Great place to relax.

A nice place away from the busy section, so very relaxing around their beautiful pool. It was only a 5 minute walk to everything, beach, restaurants,etc.

Hotel is far away from everything!

I had to move rooms 2x times! First one was dirty& dusty! Second time, door lock was broken. And third room tv didn't work! The receptionist wasn't very accomodating! I wouldn't book tour nor shuttle with him. He jacked up the price for his own interest!

First Time To Phuket

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The stay was incredibly friendly. The grounds were clean and nice. The restaurant by the pool was affordable and offered a good selection. The staff provided a short shuttle to and from the beach throughout the day. The room was clean, spacious and the A/C worked amazing. Markets, pharmacies and a few restaurants were just a short walk away.

Close to the beach and kite surfing

This hotel was close to food, the beach, and kite surfing, which was our purpose on the island. We were not that far from a bunch of things, like Big Buddha, and a bunch of markets. We did rent a scooter, which is highly recommended.

Great stay

I stayed at this hotel in May 2015 and enjoyed my stay .The staff were friendly and very helpful .It is quiet and out the way about 5 minutes walk from Rawai foreshore .After reading reviews about it being hard to find I did a google earth search and after that it was a breeze to find .I will stay again.

Great Value hotel

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days, this hotel surpized me with just how well set up it is, the rooms are extremely nice and the facilities are top knotch for the price it is hard to beat. the location is a bit away from the beach, and becasue of a lack of a road leading directly to the beach. a motorbike rental is probably due.

Best hotel in our travel

I traveled all over Asia for a full month and it was the best hotel we stayed in. I did pay a little bit more for a better room, but so glad that we did. The room was clean & big. The staff was friendly & helpful. We got to meet the owner Mr. Ko. He was friendly and welcoming. Beside the 5 minutes walk from the beach, it was perfect. Also, the best place to eat is Nikita, right on the beach & please do yourself as favorite and stop thinking that Pad Thai is a real Thai food. For goodness people, you are on Thailand. You should try real Thai food. Peace & we will stay there again anytime.

Very Comfortable

Great hotel. Huge comfortable room with big screen TV. Pool and gym are great. Location is good in a quite neighbourhood. Close to everything. Unbelievable value, and staff very friendly and helpful. Good food and nice gardens making a really relaxing stay.
