This hotel is not 4 star is a maximum 2 star…. When you look at the photos it looks good but when you get there is completely different This is a 4 star for Asian standards but definitely not a 4 star hotel When I get there and I entered in the hotel to the reception I knew I done a mistake ….my wife was so disappointed To get to the hotel you have to hike a hill but for me this it wasn’t a problem Also the area of Patong is horrible…..there are many shops but a lot of prostitution on the streets ( massage salons) I’ve been there for 2 days but I will not return anymore ever …( Patong, Phuket ) Thailand is amazing so nice places but in general I think tourists ( I think a lower class citizen) make this area to be horrible Of course this is not a hotel fault …. I didn’t take any pictures ( I forgot ) but if you like to enjoy the holiday pay a bit more and you can have better conditions Before I come to this hotel I’ve be to Khao lak and I paid a bit more for the tool but I had a dream stay luxury….. This hotel doesn’t worth the money you pay Avoid

Room was nice and clean. Rooftop pool is the highlight especially at night! Staff is lacodasic, breakfast was decent enough. It is on a very steep hill beware of that if you plan on doing local exploring

Nice hotel - just a pity about the pillows

The staff at the hotel were great. The hotel is a bit out of the way - so u will need to use a taxi to get anywhere. And its up a very steep hill. Helped us with our forward journey to the ferry to phi phi. Was really useful and explained to the taxi driver the need for a quick journey. Room was clean. Bed wasnt the most comfortable unfortunately and the pillows were awful - i ended up using towel instead of the pillow. All in all a reasonable priced nice hotel.

Alors tout c’est bien passer dans l’ensemble juste l’accessibilité de l’hôtel à peur est très compliqué puisque c’est en haut d’une colline surtout à la fin du séjours des serviette de piscine n’on pas était remis en chambre et la femme de l’accueil a clairement penser que nous a viens pris les serviette avec nous dans notre valise alors que pas du tout je l’es avais mis par terre pour que les femme de chambre puise nous en donner d’autre mais rien a était fait donc elle a garder une partit de la caution comment vous dire que ce la ma bien énerver je lui et carrément dit de regarder les caméra mais elle ne l’a pas fait . Très déçu je n’irais plus la bas .

Fint hotel. Ringe service og forståelse af Engelsk i receptionen som gør selv den mindste samtale besværlig. Udover mangel på spejl i hele værelset, knage til håndklæder var alt super lækkert. Ovennævnte dog super bizart ikke at have tilstede på et hotelværelse. Poolen er jo helt fantastisk
