Property was clean. It’s in the heart of Karon so very convenient. Motorcycle hire in the same street and restaurants. Room was large and spacious and had a big bed. Being in the heart of it you have to expect noise as there is a bar below with a band, which I visited a few times. Great general overall place to stay.

Nice hotel with noisy surroundings

The hotel was good, but is not as new as it looks in the pictures. The supreme room was spacious and nice, and it was very clean. The location is good and close to Karon beach, but the wi-fi did not reach the room. However, the major downside with the hotel is the extremely loud next door bar with an outside liveband that played until 2 AM each night. We saw that several reviews had mentioned this before, but since we're a young couple usually with no trouble sleeping, we didn't think this would be a problem. But this takes noisy to a new level! I would not recommend staying here if you're not planning on staying out late at night.

Not Good...

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago so I went back this time, for the last time. It is a cheap hotel but now very woredown, and I had 2 diffrent rooms and in the first one the shower drain didnt even work... The showers overall were very bad... More or less no water running out of it... And in the lobby the receptionist didnt even speech english... And if I left my key when going out the nightwatch was sleeping all the time or wasnt even in there (I needed to found him down in the streets wandering about)... On top of that the cleaning lady stole money that I had laying in my room...

Lovely hotel with everything close bye

Great little hotel close to everything you want. Not to noisy as to previous people’s reviews. Large room and bed. Clean and tidy, excellent value.

ใกล้หาดและร้านอาหาร บาร์

ชอบที่ตั้งของโรงแรมเพราะอยู่ตรงโซนที่ชอบคือไม่ไกลจากหาดมาก รอบๆโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหาร บาร์ และร้านขายของ ถ้าคนที่ชอบเงียบๆไม่พลุกพล่านก็ไม่เหมาะนะครับ ขนาดห้องและห้องน้ำก็ใหญ่พอสมควร ห้องน้ำมืดไปหน่อยเพราะมีไฟดวงเดียว

Nice but very noisy at night

Gorgeous rooms, nice decor, 3 min walk to Karon beach -but noise from club right below was impossible to sleep or hang out in room at night

해변에서 가깝고 깔끔한 호텔

사진으로보고 깔끔해보여서 예약했는데 사진보단 아니지만 나름 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다 다만 엘리베이터가없어서 캐리어를 들고나가는게 힘들었고 해변과 가깝고 썽테우도 지나가서 교통이 편리한 것이 좋았습니다

WORST EXPERIENCE AT UNOTEL

The hotel is located in a very noisy place, the rooms (all) have a terrible odor pipe which you only realize when check in. We we able to spending only one night as the money is never reimbursed. The worst night spent in Phuket. Hotels should include this information at the moment of booking a room, so the clients will be aware of the actual conditions not only of the room and surrounding property but also to avoid the very very annoying situation lived

ett enkelt rum med stenhård säng. men det ligger bra, nära till havet och mitt i smeten. rummet är designat i "factory"stuk och bara det i sig är coolt. personalen är ganska oengagerade men inte otrevliga.

Ok but no more

The hostel was rather okay, but I got first of all fooled of its location... Last time I was at a Place near "Phuket orchid" and it said to be around 600m down a road then 400m, it was more like 2km down from the "roundabout" (to the left) to get there... Other that then that the rooms as someone have no wallpaintings or so ever so you hear EVERY noice outside... Would be better if they atleast liad some mats and hung a painting or 4 per floor... But overall I might stay there again since they had a nice staff and a really funny night guard :)

not recommended!

Hotel has no elevator, no SAFE and no hair dryer! our room was very small, darken baht room and smells very bad every time!!! staff wasn't friendly at all! can't sleep because of very loud music outside till 3-4 a.m.

Очень шумно

Выехали из отеля пару дней назад. Это просто счастье!! Мы не в первый год отдыхаем на Карное, и не могли себе даже представить, что те шум и музыка о которых писали ранее столь ужасны. Мы представляли себе кафе Карона и их бары, в которых музыка к 12 ночи затихает.... Но тут же действительно было ужасно до 3 утра без перерыва из 5 ближайших баров играла музыка, причем не та, под которую можно уснуть, а такие милые композиции, "всеми любимых" групп как Металика, и прочих задушевнейших коллективов, и все это на тайски манер с возможностями их голоса. Закрытые окна совсем не спасают от этого звука, так как два или три кафе находились в 200-500 метрах от нашего окна, даже беруши не могли полностью заглушить звук. В целом отель расположен отлично, не далеко от моря 3-5 минут пешком, рядом много кафе, да и автобус до каты ной и пхукет тауна ходит рядом. Но чесо признаюсь этот отель не стоит тех денег которые мы заплатили и которые они берут с туристов. За 8 дней с 28.12 по 05.01.15 мы ни разу не порадовались тому что остановились именной в этом отеле.Те фото которые представлены на сайте нам показались интересными и нам очень захотелось пожить в соль сдержанной обстановке, но через два дня мы поняли, что серые стены местами замазанные, неблагоприятно влияют на наше настроение и долго в этом находится ни то что не приятно, а напряжно. Переехав в другой отель мы вздохнули с облегчением. Делайте свои выводы. (для информации нам по 26 лет)

Clean and safe budget hotel

I was in Phuket for two days before heading to Bali. This hotel was little hard to find because there was a restaurant in front of it and the local people really didn't know where it was either. *Tip: for 200 baht you can get a shuttle from the airport to here, only thing takes about 2 hours because of multiple stops* It seems a bit out of place because it's all concrete surrounded by beach. However, it was very clean and comfortable and great for the price! A couple drawbacks was I couldn't find the safe and it was really noisy from street music at night, but I was so tired I slept right through it. Overall, if you're on a budget and need a safe and clean place to rest your head, this is a great option. If not, I would pay a little more to have a resort hotel.

Antithesis of a beach hotel

We arrived late at night and they assigned us to the wrong room (unbeknownst to us). When we tried to go out for the day in the morning they made us move rooms. The staff does not speak English very well. The hotel is not an "un-hotel" its more like "anti-beach hotel." It was a dark gay solitary dungeon with no light. We joked and said it was appropriate for a 1980s Berlin hotel. It was clean though. Poor wi-fi.
