Villa Angela wonderful property right on the Como Lake shore walking distance to the public beach, as well as to a small town with all services needed. A wonderful location just 10 km from Menaggio
The villa features a private garden front lake with a beautify swimming pool 7x4 mt depth 1.10 mt, the pool can be heated and is open from mid-May until end of September. Pool can also be used during the other months but heat must be paid apart.

Please note that:
A pedestrian path runs along the shore between the lake and the property. For this reason, privacy outside could be limited (especially during July and August). We're not talking thousands. The lakefront has public access. This is not an isolated property.
Behind the house there is a private parking area.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The villa on its interiors develops in two floors plus the basemen where is located the laundry area with wash and dryer, the total square meter of the house is about 500, finely equipped with cotto floor at the ground and parquet on the first floor, very elegantly furnished with modern style. All the windows are soundproofing.

At the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sofas and arm chairs, TV satellite, DVD ad CD player, a second sitting room with sofas and wonderful working piano, the room has a beautiful lake view for piano lovers it an enchanting place for play and admire the lake shore.
A dining room with spacious dining table or up to 18 people, and fully equipped kitchen, with two ovens, fridge with freezer two dishwashers, and other appliances, on the back of the kitchen there is a staff room with its private bathroom.
The floor features the first double bedroom with its own private bathroom good for people with motor disabilities.
First floor: there is an additional sitting area with a terrace overlooking the lake, there are 5 double bedrooms in this floor three of them have access to a private terrace with amazing lake view, the other two does not have terrace and one overlook the lake other the garden. all bedrooms can be either double or twin upon request, every bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower or tub.

Distances by car: Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo 20 minutes, Varenna and Bellagio 15 min by car + 15 min by ferry, Como 1 hr, Lugano (and nearest highway intersection) 1 hr, Milan city centre 1,30, Saint Moritz 2 hrs. It is necessary to have a car in this region. Nearest ferry port: Menaggio at 10 kilometers, Nearest airport: Milan Malpensa at 90 kilometers

Neighborhood and activities:
Near the villa is Museo della Barca Lariana with more than 400 boats of the 19th century. Bellagio known as the Pearl of the Lake, the medieval village of Varenna, Tremezzo with some of the most beautiful historic villas of the lake like Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello etc.
The nearest golf club is in Menaggio 10 km away, tennis court 2 minutes from the villa, the lake offers several water sports such boating, sailing, windsurfing, as well as hiking, horse-back riding.

Rental Roles:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 10am

Security deposit (Refundable):
Euro 1000.00 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
