This reservation was made by mistake. It was supposed to be for Hattiesburg, MS. As soon as it was made i called to cancel and was told i could not because of a 3rd party reservation. It was my belief that i was on there website not being redirected to a 3rd party. Also tried to change locations but was told they were unable to do that either. Please contact me in regards to this error. I would like to speak to a representative about this. I am requesting a refund to my credit card. Thank you. Melany Kramer

The property was dirty and not well kept. Our room smelled of mold. The towels were old. The spare comforter was so thin, you could see through it.
