Apartment "Rina Centro Sicilia"

The apartment is bright and welcoming, featuring three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a big terrace. It is fully furnished and offers air conditioning in the master bedroom and the kitchen/living area. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils, a microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, LCD TV, and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are included; for stays longer than one week, a complete change is provided. You will also find a washing machine, iron, clothes drying rack on the balcony, and ample free street parking.



Just a short walk from the apartment, you’ll find grocery stores, bars, pastry shops, pizzerias, a butcher, bakery, and pharmacy.



PIETRAPERZIA was inhabited by Siculi, Sicani, and Normans, who controlled the valley overlooking the Himera river, now called Salso. Pietraperzia sits on a hill facing Sabucina and Capodarso. The locals have an epic and glorious past rooted in agriculture. Some believe Pietraperzia is the ancient Petra mentioned by Cicero in the Verrine Orations, and owes its name to the Romans. The Normans, led by the noble Barresi family, played a significant role in its history. Abbo Barresi, the founder of the Barresi family, built the Norman Castle of Pietraperzia.
