La nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata purtroppo negativa sotto diversi aspetti. La casa non era pulita al nostro arrivo, con evidenti segni di scarsa cura e igiene. Inoltre, la dependance, che era chiaramente indicata come accessibile nell’annuncio, si è rivelata invece inutilizzabile, privandoci di uno spazio importante promesso in fase di prenotazione. Il problema maggiore, tuttavia, è stata la gestione della struttura. Il proprietario sembra aver delegato il tutto a una ragazza che si è dimostrata estremamente poco professionale. Di fronte ai nostri legittimi reclami, ha evitato ogni responsabilità e ha trovato ogni tipo di scusa pur di non riconoscere in alcun modo i disagi subiti, non fornendoci mai una risposta definitiva sul parziale rimborso a distanza di una settimana dal pernottamento. Un’esperienza spiacevole che non consigliamo. Poca serietà e scarsa attenzione al cliente.
