The villa is located just 3 km from Pietrasanta and only 2 km from Forte dei Marmi.
La Bicocca is suitable for couples, business travelers, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets).
La Bicocca is a single villa of about 240 square meters surrounded by a garden of approx. 450 equipped with barbecue and swimming pool (swimming pool sizes 400 x 200 - h. 1.00 m), deck chairs and sun loungers for pleasant relaxing hours.
The property consists of a large and bright open space lounge with sofas in warm shades of yellow located in front of the fireplace in the conversation area (fireplace for decorative use only), flat-screen TV (national channels only), dining area overlooking the garden with table and chairs, pantry supplied by kitchen utensils for every need (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and pots). Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster.
The kitchen leads to the outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining in the garden.
From the ground floor, going down a few steps (n. 5 steps) leads to the basement where there is a double bedroom (h 2.00 m) consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and sofa corner, adjacent is a small bathroom (h. 2 , 00 m) with toilet, bidet, sink and window.
From the basement there is access to the convenient internal garage where you can park a car, while any other car can be parked in the park or in front of the property on the street (free of charge).
