The staff was excellent. The hotel is older with some noticable updates, but they need to keep them coming. The bed was amazingly comfortable compared to others recently and the room was clean. A little more attn to details of the updates is all they need

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very well supplied. The view from the private balcony was very pretty. You have control over the temperature in the room. I would say the only small draw back is the bathroom was a little small and the inn itself is a little run down. Nothing that would ever stop me from staying there again. Its has a homie feel that is inviting and covered parking. All things thatvi would come back for.

I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. Absolutely loved the design of beds separated by the bathroom and two TV's. Having the separated balconies and the rocking chairs to be able to sit and watch the babbling water was so peaceful. I can't say enough about the BREAKFAST. Everything was amazing from the fresh made pancakes (the pancake machine was great). The sausage,eggs and grits was wonderful. This will be the only place that we will stay when we have our GIRLS TRIP to Dollywood.

Loved the location. Quiet outside. Even enjoyed the ducks and geese. Was easy to get around to where we wanted to go. Was given clean towels every day. That was all we needed. Everyone staying there were friendly and so was the staff. Would definitely stay there again.
