House fully renovated in 2016 and divided into two floors.

It is offered with 5 large and exquisitely decorated bedrooms. Four of them have a queen-size bed and one has a triple bunk bed, perfect for kids. The main suite offers an LCD TV, a bed-sofa, and a private terrace of 6m.

There is a lounging area with a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to cook a delicious dinner (glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, wine fridge, etc.).

There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. In the first bathroom, you can find a jacuzzi-whirlpool and a shower, while the second bathroom has two showers with a hydromassage column.

The house also offers a sunny private saltwater pool with a size of 6mx4m, with a varying depth from 0.50m to 1.60m, ideal for cooling off on hot days.

You can also find a magnificent chill-out porch with a shaded table where you can enjoy your culinary creations, as well as our big pallet-sofa to relax after lunch with the fresh evening breeze.

Upon check-in, the following fees will be charged in cash:
- Bed sheets and towels: €20/person
- Energy: €100/week (minimum per stay)
- Internet: €50/stay (optional)
- Deposit: €250
- Tourist tax: €1,00/night/person (not applicable to children under 16 years old)

• GUESTS WHO DO NOT OBEY THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL BE EXPELLED IMMEDIATELY:

◦ Our Villa is not ISOLATED so please respect the rest of the neighbors.
◦ Shouting and music are not permitted, especially from: 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
◦ Parties and noise are prohibited.
◦ No one outside the group who has booked may enter the Villa.
◦ If the police come to the Villa, the deposit will not be returned and the group will be expelled from the Villa.


The house is located near Barcelona, aquatic parks, shops, etc.
