Welcome to the large residence, 'Cosmopolitan Golf', a beautiful two-storey building that houses five houses and 70 apartments. Located 1.2 km away from the centre of Tirrenia, 15 km from the centre of Pisa, and 1.5 km from the sea, this residence is set in the breathtaking countryside and overlooks a stunning golf course.
The residence boasts a large, well-kept garden that is fenced and features an array of beautiful plants and flowers. The meadow is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while the swimming pool (50 x 21 m), which is available seasonally from 20.May. to 30.Sep., is perfect for swimming and sunbathing. If you're looking for some outdoor activity, there is a tennis court (1 x hard court) available for an additional fee. You can also enjoy the beautiful terrace and outdoor shower.
Inside the complex, you will find a reception area, restaurant, bar, boutique, washing machine, tumble dryer (available for shared use for an additional fee), and bicycle rental.
