Log cabin five minutes to Pisgah Forest entrance in Brevard, NC. Unbelievable cabin so close to the action of Pisgah Forest and DuPont State Park. Luxury accommodations in style with a split bedroom plan and two bathrooms, all linens provided and ready for you. Save money while traveling by staying at one of the finest vacation rental cabins where you can cook your meals and chill in style. The covered back porch overlooks the creek and is where most guests spend most of their time. Enjoy the firepit, pet-friendly, two-covered porches! The sounds of the creek is pure bliss. Plenty of yard to play in, bring your fishing pole and try your luck in the backyard creek that runs year-round. Rent the next-door cabin, Eagles Nest, and bring the whole crowd! Firewood is not provided but available for a small fee.

It really is the BEST!

It’s bittersweet to give such an awesome review because we don’t want everyone to know our new found secret. However, this cabin was perfect for my wife, our 3 year old, and our dog. We will stay here every single time now, as long as it’s available and at an affordable price. The only and I mean only criticism would be the mattress a little too firm to our liking and pillows were not very comfortable.

Perfect location

My family of 4 had a great time exploring the area from this cabin. It was so close to everything but felt very private and quiet. It was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the creek. We will be back!

Great cabin

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. It was convenient to everything in Brevard. The location by the creek was pretty. It was very nice to have camp chairs stored by the fire pit. We look for to staying again.

Needed Break!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the adorable creek side cabin. We built a fire nightly in the fire pit and relished the quiet around us. Our dog was exhausted every evening due to sightseeing and hiking. We will be back.

Cute Cabin on Beautiful Property

The cabin is super cute, very clean, and has everything you need. But the property is the real star--it is beautiful, with a babbling creek only feet from the roomy back porch! It's wonderful to relax by the creek with coffee, or at night with the fire pit burning. What a perfect getaway! Loved it! đŸ„°

Cute but pricey

The cabin was very cute and very clean - with the two bedrooms on each end of the cabin and a common living area in between. Kitchen was well stocked. Setting was lovely. Outdoor furniture was older and a bit rusty - made me think of my parents house in the 1980's. We scavenged firewood from around the property (there is a charge if you want to have firewood delivered). The living area as incredibly crowded with no room between the couch and the television wall (Large couch, 6 inches to the coffee table, 3 inches to the television/wall). Hot water phased in and out during each shower. Be aware of the fees! The additional owner and VRBO fees increased our cost by an additional fifty percent for the two nights, resulting in me leaving the weekend with an overall feeling that there was nothing nothing wrong with the place and I would have felt good about staying there, but at about half of the overall price.

A+ All Around

Our stay was excellent - I never review properties but had to share what a gem this property is. The view is unmatched, the hot tub was perfect and the house was really beautifully finished. Comfortable couch and beds, beautiful new bathrooms, well appointed and large kitchen and a great game room. Couldn't have been happier with the house, location or hosts. We can't wait to come back and visit this property again!

Fantastic location

This property is very close to the main entrance of Pisgah Forest in Brevard. SUPER convenient to hiking, fishing, and all the great things the park has to offer. This trip was a father's day gift for my husband and a buddy of his to go mountain biking. They really enjoyed the outdoor areas of this home - fire pit and porches on both sides of the house, but said it was tiny inside. It was ample and comfortable with two people, but if the weather were not conducive to taking advantage of the outside spaces, it would feel tight. Nice and clean. Well-cared for.

Great Cabin in a great location.

Exactly as described this cabin delivered in all aspects. Located in the Pisgah Forest area it was literally around (a 5 minute drive) the corner from falls and hikes. Plenty of food, brewery and grocery options close by also. We went to Asheville a couple days because of rainy weather and that was an easy 30 minute drive. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked with things you need to make your vacation enjoyable. And our Golden Retriever loved it too! We plan on coming back this summer!

Hidden Oasis

The perfect cozy cabin in the woods with a rushing stream. The cabin has what you need--microwave, dishwasher, etc.--but you'll spend most of your time taking walks, making s'mores, reading a book on the deck or by the river. Conveniently located a stone's throw to Brevard (okay, 10 minutes) and Asheville (25 minutes). The cabin location/town is not remote or deep into the woods, but when you're at the cabin, you feel a million miles from the stress of the urban jungle.

Another 5 stars for this peaceful retreat!! Our second time here and it was just as great as it was before! Very clean and well done!! I love that the owner looks after even the smallest details. He has all the lights and switches labeled and detailed instructions for everything! Very close to all the mountains have to offer. Cabin on Turkey Creek

We enjoyed the coziness and the babbling brook. It was just the right amount of isolation but close enough to enjoy Brevard and Hendersonville and Chimney Rock. Love this beautiful area of our great country.

Wonderful!!

We loved it! The cabin was adorable, clean and well-stocked. Definitely lived up to pics online. The creek and yard were the best!! Kids (and dog!) spent hours playing in the creek, punctuated by corn hole and ladder golf. It’s super close to Pisgah forest and DuPont. It was a wonderful week and we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent cabin near everything

Great location. Convenient to pisgah Forest, Davidson river and DuPont st park. Nice yard to play ladder ball (was in box behind house.) Kids loved fire pit. 5 of us (16yo, 14yo, 12yo, plus us parents) comfortable there (along with 5 pound dog) Has washer and dryer. My 12 year old caught a 6” trout in stream. We forgot dog-door-bells after checking out and the mgmt mailed them back to us. Thanks! I’ve already recommended this place to a friend. It was perfect.

Peaceful Mountain Cabin

We booked this cabin given it's location (just 5 min from Pisgah Forest entrance), but were so impressed with the house / property. With two boys (5 & 2), the creek behind the cabin served as endless entertainment and the house was very kid friendly. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful spot with seclusion yet convenience right around the corner. Cabin is quaint, but for our family of 4 plus a puppy was just right. Kitchen is well appointed and all you need is right there. Grounds are spacious and creek is super. We really enjoyed our Mountain retreat.
