Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Cette hotel est fermé. Nous nous sommes rivé sur une porte close. J'ai ete facture pour se service. J'ai discuté avec 2 personnes au service a la clientele le 25 septembre (dont Dalia) qui m'ont dit que je Hotel devrait me rembourser dans les 72 heures. Je n'ai toujours pas ete remboursé.
